RUDE RUDE RUDE manager. I NICELY asked if there was going to be another register opening. There were 12 people in line. She was so rude to me and other customers. Several of us WONT BE BACK.

Terrible customer service and it seems as if they don’t want to help at all. Asked if they had specific items and they said the general direction where they were located. Asked them again and let them know that I could not find them. Asked the front to come and help me find them where they said they weee located and they took one glance and said they were all out. It could have been a simple, let me look for you and this would have been avoided. Won’t be going back there again!

Obviously there is bad management. First they tell me that the only helium filled number ballons available are the big ones for five dollars. I'm in the search for smaller numbers mors regular ballon size. So she points me in the direction of the blow up numbers. I grab the numbers and come back to the ballon section. I wanted pink hearts and stars. It turns out they are out of helium is what one of the workers said. Out of the two that where in that corner. They said what is out on the floor is what is available. And don't get me wrong was alot of ballons filled. Many of just one kind. But why have a selection of ballons to choose from. If your just going to waste it on random ballons. And why offer me a ballon if you didn't have the helium to fill it in the first place. Like I said it's just bad management this is only the top of the ice berg. I've work and seen management like this. Hope she keeps milking it her way.. jajajaja Dollar Tree jajaja

My change was going to be $4. So I asked the cashier if she could make one of them a dollar in quarters and she said no because they might be short handed. Ok well then can you only give me singles and again she said she cant. Umm hello the change is $4 how do you not understand. Jeezus.

Went in on 4th of July at 1301 , stood at register good 20 minutes, while sales associate Daniel with his 70s hair do, and must have been the Mgr in yellow shirt ignoring me as a customer, talking about personal life and family, felt discriminated just standing there waiting to greeted

Store is ok, but the lines are way too long. Went in to buy 2 items and waited in line for 15 minutes while other workers was just walking around. Also there is a manager lady with glasses she has a major attitude as if she don't want to be helping people, she also slams your stuff in the bag or on the counter. She needs to not be working there if she don't like working with people.

Found what I needed but it is so disappointing and VERY BURDENSOME to not be able to take a cart to my car to unload my purchases!!! Why does an excellent, high purchase, repeat customer have to make three trips to the car? So not cool.
