“I was told by my phone carrier that they could not fix my phone at the store, it had a virus. I would have to take it to another place that could take care of the virus. I went to ubreakifix per there suggestion, I'm so glad I did, Cody looked at my phone, said it was a game app I had put on. But just to be sure he wanted to keep it for an hour just in case he found something else. He didn't. He got my phone back to its original settings and didn't charge me! It was an easy fix, for him! I will definitely go back if I need any further assist. Thank you so much Cody.”

“iNerd worked on cellphones for my family two times. On both occasions they have been very courteous, transparent on the process, and more than fair in their dealings with us. The first repair they were able to do at a very reasonable price and speed. The second, after their free diagnostic, they recommended replacing the phone rather than pushing a repair that would be more costly than it was worth. I very much appreciate their honesty and how easy they are to work with. I highly recommend them and definitely will use them in the future if and when the need arises.”
