Kinda a long story. Had a VERY big print job for school that needed to be done. Went to Staples first and they incorrectly printed the material. Staples never called to check for specifics. Tyler, the Store Manager called me and had questions regarding my material. He wanted to make sure that the job was done correctly THE FIRST TIME. He asked if I would like to come in person JUST to make sure that everything was correct. There was one minor issue and Tyler fixed it. Tyler was AMAZING. This store did SO much better than Staples. Thank you again Tyler!

Paid for a 2 day service and it's 5 days, still waiting on it. I've been told no compensation. Poor service. Hope to not have to use them again

Recently visited, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS employee.... I think her name was Kielsy(she said it was a German name) she was with 2 male employees who seemed to have selective hearing and appeared busy 🤔. She went above and beyond to assist my husband and I, I asked her if someone could assist us to carry in the heavy box, she actually helped us when the 2 guys declined. This FexEx is EXCELLENT and definitely has an asset in her!

I had a print job done today and the clerk with the cute nails was so kind. My order was perfect, the paper was of good quality and there was no line. ALL wins! I will use them again.

WARNING...!!! Do not have your packages sent here for pick up. Mine was stolen by either the driver or the people working here. And could care less... Just gave me a customer service number for worthless voice recognition computer crap. No way to escalate?
Also, ask your supplier to stop printing anything on the outside of their box. This attracts sticky fingers from thieving Fedex employees.

I had a very unprofessional experience today at the Fed Ex in Yuma Az on 4th Ave. Store had several items on clearance picked a iPhone charger when I went to pay the price was not what was listed as clearance and when clerk went to ask manager he simply told her it was an old sale and could not honor the same price. The item was clearly described on the clearance tag it was sitting on so it seemed very unprofessional they would not honor the price.
