Refused to assist me when I was trying to gather basic account information for my elderly father with dementia. I have power of attorney and refused to give me even a letter just stating if the account is active or not.

I have been to the Foothills location in Yuma AZ a few times -Anahi Torres has assisted me with new accounts and customer service related issues on multiple occasions. She is super friendly, helpful and efficient. She always makes the process quick and painless. She knows what she is doing, is confident and is great at her job. I will definitely returning to her and this location for any future banking needs:)

We're new to the area. USAA sent us to the ATM at this bank since there wasn't a USAA ATM in the area (they said they partner with this bank). Withdrew a pretty large amount which was dispensed all in $20s (ugh), so I went into the bank to exchange some for larger bills. "No account, no service" was what we were met with. The manager was standing there listening, too. I was in need of a bank account, as well - but it won't be with these rude people. Looking at the other reviews on Foothills Bank, it appears I dodged a bullet. If you can't even get the service aspect of banking down, how am I supposed to entrust my finances to you??!!?? I won't use this bank or recommend it to anyone. FAIL.

Every time I go in to Foothills bank they greet me with a friendly smile or greeting. I have never had a bad experience with them and I really like the no service charge with my checking account.

It was nice to open a bank account again but with as many issues I have dealt with is not worth to continue to bank with them. Let alone no 24 hour service and your available balance is not cause online banking is slow and stupid to put it nicer.

i been getting money transfers from Netherlands for a year with out any problems i buy cars for a friend of mine from there . the bank manager knows i do this and it has been fine. now all the sudden they red flagged my account because of it and its cancelled. dont you think they would not approve the transactions if it was wrong and tell me so i would go a different route. nope they rather screw the customer to save the incompetent manager. suck a fat one bullhead city branch

Went in the get some change for a $20.00. got told could not due to not having an account. Just moved here now I know where not to bank. Walking over dollars to save dimes. Not very intelligent.

Was referred to for a business banking account. Due to COVID their office is closed. Left several messages for call back with the business banker.. that was 6 weeks ago. To this day no one has responded to my repeated calls. I do not recommend.
