Lacking in customer service and follow up. Still waiting to hear after applying weeks ago. Sure they needed other documents and like documents only after we asked about the status of the loan request.

They did absolutely everything they possibly could have to ensure what we could afford, work with, every option, every road they were absolutely phenomenal! The people at the office were super friendly but to the point. I didn't feel like promises were made that couldn't have been kept. No complaints what so ever, I am so happy that they helped us with the whole process of getting out first home

So so happy we chose to work with Gateway in yuma! These people are amazing! We worked mostly with Kortnee and Kaitlyn and they are both so quick to respond which makes the process so much nicer. From start to finish was about 3 weeks even with the market being so crazy right now. I HIGHLY recommend Gateway Mortgage in Yuma to anyone and everyone!
