I have had insurance through Gene Bostic/State Farm for years. They have great rates on homeowners and automotive insurance. Gene, Tre, and the entire crew give great customer service too! I had to file a claim a few years ago and they took care of it as they should. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

This is such a pleasant office to get all of your insurance needs taken care of by a friendly and accommodating staff that is more than ready to assist- with smiles all around. Plus- they have an absolutely amazing and beautiful Red Pearl Marbleized floor that is worth taking a look at, if nothing else, simply for the sheer aesthetic of it all. You will definitely feel the professionalism of this State Farm office. ?

State farm is on your side so I was on the ride for 20 years with home owners policy getting older now starting to forget things forgot to pay my policy so got call that I could pay online so did it but not knowing it with with my expired card did not know Then got call but was confused because I thought it was paid so they canceled my policy could not reinstate policy no thanks for my business no sorrys no compassion not much help being on my side I’m 95 years old maybe karma will take my place good luck from moms son jack

I’ve had State Farm for the last 14 years. This comment has NOTHING to do with Aurora, she has always been helpful, courteous, and always know her customers. I almost felt like family with her, and I will miss conducting business with her. This comment has to do with the gentleman sitting in the front. I forget his name, but this has to be one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with. Upon purchase of my latest vehicle (09/2017) I went in and spoke with him getting a new policy set up and also about the State Farm Discount Double Check since I felt my rates were pretty high. He was extremely rude about it, and told me that “I was getting all the discounts so what more do I want?!” So that initial experience with him was sour so that’s when I started shopping around for insurance. I had called earlier this month (01/2019) and had inquired about dropping coverage on my vehicles, the best way to do so, the coverage dates, refund procedures etc... Once again completely rude, he stated “every vehicle has a different policy date so I don’t know what you want me to tell you! Just cancel it when you want to cancel it” and then asked “Why are you asking??” I explained to him that I was shopping for different rates from competitors and it was looking hopeful, and he responded back rudely with “Well ok then”. So needless to say, I spoke with a super friendly Agent from a big name competitor of State Farm, and I received BETTER coverage on all of my vehicles, to include rental car service, for almost 40% less than State Farm. It is not an introductory rate, these are actual rates from a company that respects me, and worked with me to ensure that I was taken care of properly.
