“Nice gym but it needs a bigger leg press and leg extensions, there isnt enough bar space on the leg press and the leg extensions don't have a high enough weight, Other then that no complaints.”

“I recently started going to this gym after work; picture the usual-sized gym, then cut it in half and that's about it. Not like that's a bad thing. The gym offers state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. They also have racquetball, tennis and basketball courts. as well as a variety of intramural sports, aerobics classes and martial arts classes throughout the year. This includes an indoor climbing wall. The locker rooms are clean and include a sauna (I can only attest to the male locker room); a locker and a lock can be rented up to 12 months for free. Not sure about the morning or afternoon timeframes, but when I go in the evening there's only 3-5 others using the gym. The free WIFI is what I love the most. Hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 5:45am to 8pm, Friday thru Sunday 10am to 6pm. Open to active duty,their dependents, military retirees and those that work on military installations. Or, guests of any of the above mentioned...go check it out.”

“I love this gym! I love the atmosphere, the people, the fact that it is not too big and you don't feel overwhelmed when you walk in, the classes are a good size as well as the schedule. Spencer and Tiffany are super encouraging, and I love the fact that they take the time to explain things. I love the workouts and how much I am pushed to become better and stronger and I am loving the results!”

“I’ve been going to 24/7 Get Fit in Foothills for about 8 months and have been working with the trainer, Diamond Rivera.
I was about 1 year postpartum in May of 2025 when I decided it was time to get back into the gym. Little did I know that lower back pain would prevent me from doing basic exercises including holding a plank (10 seconds max).
I met Diamond for orientation and gave her the grocery list of things I wanted.
1. No more lower bank pain.
2. Be as strong as I can possibly be.
3. Quick on my feet (if you have a toddler, you know what I mean)
4. Maybe start to feel like myself again, maybe.

Welp, so far we’ve achieved every single thing on this list.
No more lower back pain because she knows how to build your CORE (not just abs, I swear).
As strong as I can be. I can deadlift 225 so I think we are on the right track ??
I can officially react pretty quickly to whatever my toddler throws at me (literally and figuratively).
And finally, yeah, I feel like the best version of myself as a me individually as well as a wife and mom.
If ya’ll are looking for a trainer who is willing to go through the ups and downs with you, Diamond Rivera is your girl.
