“I was a member at Hidden Valley CrossFit for quite a while and had a great experience. The only reason I canceled my membership was because my schedule got too busy and I just didn’t have the time to make it in regularly anymore. The coaches and staff were always friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely made you feel like they were glad you were there. The members were also great—everyone was supportive, friendly, and fun to work out with. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym with a great atmosphere and an awesome community, I highly recommend Hidden Valley CrossFit.”

“This is an awesome gym! I used to come here back when I lived in Yuma, and now that I’m visiting for a couple of weeks, I decided to return, and I’m so glad I did. Since the last time I was here, they’ve expanded the weight machine area, which is great to see. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a solid workout while in Yuma!”

Brandon generously let me work out with them at no charge throughout the week. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and had a great vibe. The owner Caeden is so friendly and attentive to the gym needs and ensures the gym's cleanliness. The staff/training professionals are very friendly and welcoming as well. So much is offered here from group classes to personal training. I had the pleasure to personal train with Ruslana. Her expertise and knowledge of the subject matter has been invaluable in helping me to understand and apply what l've learned. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude also made the experience enjoyable and engaging. If you are serious about your workouts as I am... Caedofit is the place for you!”

“I recently started going to this gym after work; picture the usual-sized gym, then cut it in half and that's about it. Not like that's a bad thing. The gym offers state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. They also have racquetball, tennis and basketball courts. as well as a variety of intramural sports, aerobics classes and martial arts classes throughout the year. This includes an indoor climbing wall. The locker rooms are clean and include a sauna (I can only attest to the male locker room); a locker and a lock can be rented up to 12 months for free. Not sure about the morning or afternoon timeframes, but when I go in the evening there's only 3-5 others using the gym. The free WIFI is what I love the most. Hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 5:45am to 8pm, Friday thru Sunday 10am to 6pm. Open to active duty,their dependents, military retirees and those that work on military installations. Or, guests of any of the above mentioned...go check it out.”

“Showers are spacious but couldn't get the temperature warm it would only go extreme hot or cold. Used one of the other showers to finish and pressure was not as good. Other than that very nice facility”

“I'd be lying if I didn't admit that I wasn't hesitant to join. But, as times got tough and I couldn't afford my local gym I needed a cost-effective alternative. And, I'm happy with my decision. Plenty of machines and all in working order. I absolutely enjoy my time there and look forward to continuing my journey there.”

“I really like this gym. It is well equipped for any type of workout you can think of. It is never really crowded and no one is ever recording, which is nice. The staff is friendly and overall I enjoy it. I would give it five stars, but the staff does not seem to pay attention to certain things. While general cleaning is good, when you get up close (like face down on the hamstring curl) you start to see the missed dirt. Some of the machines are dusty underneath or up top (hair and dust) and there is often trash left around (gym goers could be better about cleaning up after themselves as well). Then I see three staff members sitting and chatting (once a girl was sleeping!) when they could be tidying up the place. I would love to have a job here just to clean! I won't leave the gym because overall it is great, so I'll tolerate the dust.”
