This gym is always overcrowded & definitely kills the vibes especially the teenagers with their terrible gym etiquette. What can anyone do? lol. other than that, decent gym for the area. “This PF Gym is pretty good. It’s New, Nice and Clean. Staff is always friendly. It’s conveniently located in the foothills if you live there. However it is smaller than the Yuma Palms one. (About half the size). However not as crowded.”

“I recently started going to this gym after work; picture the usual-sized gym, then cut it in half and that's about it. Not like that's a bad thing. The gym offers state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. They also have racquetball, tennis and basketball courts. as well as a variety of intramural sports, aerobics classes and martial arts classes throughout the year. This includes an indoor climbing wall. The locker rooms are clean and include a sauna (I can only attest to the male locker room); a locker and a lock can be rented up to 12 months for free. Not sure about the morning or afternoon timeframes, but when I go in the evening there's only 3-5 others using the gym. The free WIFI is what I love the most. Hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 5:45am to 8pm, Friday thru Sunday 10am to 6pm. Open to active duty,their dependents, military retirees and those that work on military installations. Or, guests of any of the above mentioned...go check it out.”

“Showers are spacious but couldn't get the temperature warm it would only go extreme hot or cold. Used one of the other showers to finish and pressure was not as good. Other than that very nice facility”

“Came to this planet fitness since I was in town to see the Yuma airshow. Few things about this planet fitness that I was not expecting is the layout of the gym when you first walk in there’s a big foyer and a table for you to sit at the welcome desk is on the left-hand side where you can scan it with either a key type or a badge, usually there is somebody behind the desk. The locker rooms are very well kept there total of 2 1/2 rows of treadmills a row and a half of ellipticals a few rowing machines and then onto seated workout equipment to free weights to Smith machines to the 30 minute circuit area to the abs area to a 360 X area, there’s also a black card spa holder area so if you have a black card, there’s a special place for you to go for you to get your benefits such as: massageChairs, tanning beds, and so muchthe coolers are a bit empty. The reason I gave this gym four stars is due to some of the employees. How employees interact with guests is a big portion of my review process. Learning to be open to those whom are different really does matter. Some employees greeted me with a warm and energetic welcome while others ignored me completely, as if I don’t exist Planet fitness yes you are a franchise. However, this is a judgment free zone and that’s what I expect when I come to work out. Other than that the overall experience minus some of the negative things I heard from not only employees but other planet fitness guess the equipment was in immaculate shape. There wasn’t anything broken”
