Employees don't know shit and make up their own rules as how everything works. Stay away from Yuma harbor freight go-to lake Havasu much nicer employees and no problem with warrantys

Bought a engine, the guy says no bullies on hand. Go online and what a disaster. I ended buying one from Napa and waiting a 10 days. Harbor freight is shit.

Bought an open box 14’ telescopic ladder. I went to use it about a month later and found an 11’ in it. Phoned them to explain and hopefully get what I paid for and was told I had 5 days. One would assume that you should find what you expect when you buy something, also that when they have a return they check to make sure it is what it says. Ended up paying $200 ca for something useless to me.

After today’s visit, I must question the mentality of the Harbor Freight Manager and employees. I wanted to purchase a small 2 shelf cart; the display had some small slips of paper attached saying to take the slip to the cashier. It was a busy morning, lots of customers and only two registers open, after waiting my turn I handed the paper slip to the cashier only to be told they were out of stock, and they do not sell display models.
A couple of questions came to mind, so I asked the speak to the store manager. Within a few minutes the store Manage named Ben came up. I really wanted to know why and out of stock item was still on display…. I was informed that it was company policy….so had to follow up with questioning not put a sign on the item saying it was out of stock or at least remove the paper slips that customers would bring to the cashier….” Manager Ben” seemed a little bewildered by that suggestion and his only reply was he does not run the company.

Used to love this place. Then got yelled out from a mask wearing weiner boy for trying to park my truck which will fit in 2 spots but there were no spots open. Just cause u hide your face doesn't hide the sound that comes out your mouth. I planned on spending around 600 to 1000 bucks with your company guess I will be going somewhere else from now on. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS STORE IS THEIR TOOLS. Went to harbor freight for a generator and compresor a lil bit over an hour before the closed. When I wanted to pay their card machine didnt accept tap by phone. Oh boy the Guy that was at the register started acting like he was gonna miss his busThey started acting like I was just wasting their time and I had to leave, to the point that the older guy at the register cancelled my transaction! I was ready to spend $1016.00 so I went to the bank withdrew the cash and took it back to buy the generator and compressor. And that’s why I personally think the only thing good harbour freight has are their tools. Bye

I am legally blind, I entered the store and asked for help, the cashier had a young man help me find a few things, the young man with a mask on was not helpful and was very rude, he took me to an isle that had something that I needed then I asked for help for a few more things, he just told me to go to isle 10 and walked away, that was so disrespectful and I told him how I felt about that. He treated me like I was an inconvenience to his time, I felt discriminated because I have a disability, a female employee heard what was going on and offered to help, after finding all of my items I checked out and the person at the register was very friendly and I told him that the young man was rude and walked away when I still needed his help. If this young man is an example of how HF treats people with disability's they should be ashamed of themselves, I was only asking for a few items, it would have only been about 15 minutes tops to help me, my life has been turned upside down with losing my eye sight and asking for help is hard enough, this time when I did I got treated like used door mat.
