Nicely located in downtown Yuma walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and overlooks the Colorado River. Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. I visit here frequently every few months, and I only have good things to say.

Nice Hotel well located down town. Very friendly stuff. Free parking, safe area. Nice Gym, small pool area - sufficient for a business stay. You can only open the windows on the back side - direction railway - front side all closed. Staying there frequently and every time again. ThanksRooms: Pretty old but clean - could be refurbished.Safety: No issuesWalkability: Well located to down town area - Yuma Down Town

A very solid HGI in a quiet location a couple of minutes from downtown restaurants and bars. Easily walkable from this property. Views on the far side face a park and the Colorado River.

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Made to order breakfast is just ok, not a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again. Pics are of junior suite. No view of River. Check in and out was easy, WiFi worked great, tv options were excellent. 2 bathrooms in my room!!

Elevators reek of cigarettes and are extremely slow. Rooms are okay, nothing really modern. AC unit is extremely loud.

Reserved 3 rooms and all were very nice with great river and park views. Breakfast is very good! Our server was so sweet, courteous & attentive. Our bartender for our evening cocktails was great. All staff was great. Thanks!Walkability: This pet friendly hotel is situated the above the best river view walking paths.

Staff were very kind switched my rooms so we had a river view. Dinner staff were slow we waited a long time for drinks and ended up going to the bar to order and server took forever to come to our table for an order. Food took almost an hour to get. Morning staff was fantastic, came and took my order right away and was served quickly. Overall good experience.

The website listed rate was $159. I called the hotel directly to make a reservation for two nights for a room adjoining our daughter's. I was told she had a king and we would get an adjoining double (two queens). I asked if they had a AAA or AARP discount and was quoted the discounted rate of $252 for two nights. I never received a confirmation number - either on the phone, via email or by text message. The price seemed okay - not much of a discount but not a surprise.When we arrived, our daughter's room was ready but ours was not. We were fine with that as it was early and we could wait in her room. The front desk host told us there was no adjoining room, but she could put us across the hall and down one room. Disappointing, but it was close enough and we were grateful for her help. We were told someone would call our daughter's room phone when our room was ready and they would run up with the key cards for us. We went up to our daughter's room to wait. Some hours later we still hadn't heard about our room. I walked out to the car to get some of our belongings and stopped to ask about the room. Someone else was working the front desk and he wasn't willing to help me without my ID so I went back upstairs and got it, returned to the lobby, and he told me yes, our room was ready. I asked why we hadn't heard. At first he didn't know anything about it but a minute later said he had tried to call. We were in the room the whole time and there was no call or message. There was no mention of anyone running up with the key cards as promised, either. He gave me one key card for two of us and I had no idea they were going to charge us more than the quoted $252. We weren't comfortable in the room. It was small, crowded with crummy furnishings, and loud. The pool was fully in the intense Arizona sun with no shade provided. Continental breakfast was $12 (cold cereal).For crappy service and tired accommodations we paid $562 for two nights, which we learned only when we got home and checked our email for the receipt. We won't be going back and I would recommend that the Arizona Chambers of Commerce make other arrangements for future meetings.UPDATE: Finally, after 7 weeks of correspondence with their customer "service" department, I got the reply: "rates are dynamic in nature and are fluctuating" as if the only problem I had was being overcharged by $310.00.NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel was great staff was awesome Erica went above and beyond to make sure everything was greatthe bar was nice needs a better bartender they should have a great attitude if you work in that atmosphere and clean your hands before serving
