The staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Yuma is top-notch. They're professional and polite. Their front desk staff is very knowledgeable about events going on around town and where they have the best food.Ricardo Macias is a great front desk clerk he's always friendly and he takes time to greet you properly.

One of the best IHG properties I have ever been to. They were clean, professional, kind and accommodating. My service animal was treated with respect and kindness. Very impressed. Makes me want to come and check out Yuma, AZ just to revisit this location and this excellent staff at this IHG location.Rooms: Spotless! ???Safety: Well lit and properly staffed. ?Food & drinks: Breakfast was good, fully stocked and properly manned and kept clean for the many patrons and busy area. ✨?✨Noteworthy details: Was very impressed with the staff, the kindness, compassion and attention to details as to be very accommodating to special requests with follow ups! Luxury hotel service delivered at an Express location. Bravo and much appreciated! ???

I liked staying at express because it is very practical, and its breakfast is just what I need to get started without wasting time. Everything is very clean and beautiful, the best thing is the bed, delicious, I didn't want to get out of it!!! I will definitely return on my next trip here.Rooms: One of the best beds I've ever tried! And the internet always working at 100%
