“We have used Home Depot for years. Today I had to get some drywall. Jacob was holding flags for the forklift driver and waiting for a customer before they could move. He asked if he could help us load the drywall while they waited for the customer. He loaded it on our cart and then said, “after we load this concrete I’ll come help you load the drywall in your truck.” Jacob has initiative, customer service qualities and an all around GREAT employee. He deserves a big gold star from Home Depot!”
“My refrigerator was delivered on Dec 26. The fridge and freezer work great. However, the ice and water dispenser would not work.
Able to go through the process of getting the appointment for an installation review. Lowe's will check the installation. Should any further work be required then the warranty on the refrigerator would be used to complete any other needs. Lowe's was very helpful.”
