Easily the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. It just feels like four walls and a bed.

The first four days of my stay, there was no hot water or maid service. The beds are hard, you have to pay for the laundry machines (not normal for an on-base establishment), and the breakfast is sub-par at best. Overall, a less than remarkable stay.

As I sit here writing this the fire alarm has been going off for 30 min in the middle of the pouring rain. This place is hot trash. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm forced to come here for work I would never stay here again.

I love the pet friendliness of this hotel. I am traveling with my two pups and the walking trails to the dog park with plenty of potty bags/trash bins along the way are such a stress relief. The rooms are nice, the motion detector was a little freaky but I guess it's efficient for energy use.Nearby activities: Dog park close by

We were pcsing and this was our first stop. The room was so nice and big! Plenty of space for our 2 kids to move and play around. There was a ton of grassy area for us to walk our dogs.

The room I stayed in was terribly dated and the bed was uncomfortable. The sink and tub both had rust stains. There was an unpleasant smell in the room upon my late evening arrival and without the lack of windows, I wasn't able to air it out. The only fresh air source was the sliding glass door, which I wasn't comfortable leaving open. The breakfast was served in a building about a block away.During my visit to Yuma last year the Inn was closed (I was told for renovations). I am not sure what was renovated, because the room was terribly dated and quite honestly a bit gross. I was very disappointed and would much rather pay to stay in town for less than what the Inn charges.

They didn’t change the bed sheets. The sheets reaked of what smelt like dead fish. There was hair in the bed and nast all over. 90$ isn’t bad for what you get until you discover all of that and start to wonder if this place is even sanitary enough to sleep in with your family.

First of all, this is on a military base so you need to be military or a veteran. I've always preferred staying on base when we travel mostly for safety... but also for price, cleanliness, comfort without the frills. Never cared for things like a gym, or restaurant on property. Our room had a kitchenette, 2 beds, sofa bed. Bed, pillow, sheets were comfy. Towels were new. And they were pet friendly too. I think we've found our go-to hotel in a Yuma

This Inn is perfect for a great little getaway. I have stayed here twice now, and will everytime I visit Yuma. My son is stationed here on the base, and this Inn is so convenient. The rooms, the atmosphere, the ammenities, all perfect and the staff are amazing. My last stay was on 01 Nov 2022.

To start off, we didn’t know the actual hotel was being renovated. When we called for a reservation no one told us. Upon trying to check in at the front desk of the actual hotel we were told to go to another building. The building we then checked into appeared to be nice enough. We got to our room and were less than impressed. Looked to be old barracks rooms. I did some digging online and found that it was the BEQ, which is fine but we were never informed we wouldn’t have a room where we thought we were booking a night for. There’s no outlets in the bathroom, and no mirrors anywhere else in the room so if you’re a female I’m not too sure how you’re supposed to get ready. The mold growing in the shower reminded me of home (if you live in base housing you know what I’m talking about) I wanted to take a bath to relax after a day of PCS driving and there wasn’t a stopper in the tub, so that wasn’t going to happen. I really don’t see how you could comfortably spend anymore than a night here, and I feel for the people stuck at that hotel waiting for base housing. The only positive was the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. For $90 a night though, I would have rather paid $10 more for a real room out in town.

Extremely upset with the room accommodations as my husband, myself, and service dog are staying here until base housing assigns us a house. I requested to have a suite with a kitchen since we were traveling with a bunch of food items. I confirmed everything with the front desk lady the night before we traveled and it was a huge disappointment upon arrival. The room is a small motel sized room, there's a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The weather out here in Yuma was a whopping 103 and the receptionist told us that all the rooms are set to one temperature (70) so we're unable to personally control the speed and temp on the AC. The ceiling fan is no help since its dry heat outside and gets through the door in addition to these little crickets and bugs. I had to toss a bunch of food items that were unable to fit and my room is absolutely nothing like how I was told. Front desk stated that its only the standard room or vip rooms for higher ranking service members. Not to mention she stated that I cannot get the suite w/ the kitchen because of my service animal and those rooms are not pet friendly. Legally, service animals are not considered "pets". Now I'm stuck borrowing a fan from a nice spouse who lives on base because our room is extremely hot. I'm really upset and wish I would've kept my booking at my off base hotel. I'm ready to cancel and go to the off base hotel because this is completely unacceptable.
