“I went into Cindy’s office to get some help with a form I needed to sign. Cindy didn’t have access to the form but didn’t just turn me away and say she couldn’t help. She worked persistently calling other agents, other offices, emailing and doing everything she can to try to help me out. I am currently not with State Farm but if I was I would definitely reach out to Cindy to be my agent! Shoot, I might even switch just because my experience with Cindy was great. I could tell through her direct eye contact, body language, and tone of voice she really cares for people and wants to help others! I left the office and was only down the street at fry’s and realized she had my ID. She had already emailed me saying she apologizes and that she had it. She gave me a gift card for the inconvenience even though I told her she didn’t have to but she insisted😭🥺 If you’re looking for someone who is educated, professional, and caring, Cindy Topete is your gal!!
