On Black Friday, there were only 2 cashiers with a huge line of people waiting to checkout. One of the cashiers left her register to help her customer find an item twice. While we all waited.

I purchased and item that was defective I was not aware of defective item as it was purchased and given as a gift. I called to see if I could get a replacement or gift card, eas told there's not they could do. Poor quality items sold not inspected for defects. Very poor customer service by Paul who told me that he couldn't help me.
