Went to get a regular pedicure with some friends 2 weeks ago and they didn’t take off all the gel I had before. Painted my toes white and can still see the bumps from where the gel was. Also, cut my toes at an angle and get a hangnail from it. My friends toes were sloppy and it took forever for my third friend to get her pedicure. Will not be returning, recommend going somewhere else

Will not be returning- past two times I have visited for a pedicure they have rushed through it and managed to cut into my cuticle both times, drawing blood. Instead of being able to relax and read I found myself on the edge of my seat watching just anticipating the next painful dig under my nails or clipped cuticle.
Used to be my go/to spot!

Tracie did my nails a couple weeks ago and did such a nice job I had her do my toes today. She made them so cute! She's very nice and gets the polish all the way to the sides just how I like it. Will definitely go back.🪷

I’ve only been a few times but every time has went above and beyond my expectations! I always love my nails and they are so friendly. The most recent time (today) I asked for and got fourth wing inspired nails. So far it’s always been 10/10 service, everything really .

Very fast service. They were nice and quick and got the job done, I got a simple manicure and will be coming back to get them done regularly! Will come and try the pedicure!

Had a fill done last week. The girl who did it was constantly stopping to check her phone, and talk on her phone. My nails look terrible. She made them so thick, and they aren't smooth, they are wavy/bumpy. I will never go there again.

First and last time here! I wanted French hot pink toes. The lady did not understand me at all. She ruined my perfectly squared shaped toe nails. I told her do not file the corners. She paints my full nail. At this point I ask the lady next to her if she understands. She said she gonna get help. So man comes and does my French tip. Great Job on one foot. Other foot is ruined my lady toe shapes are way off!! Paid full price which was ridiculous!! I enjoyed the hot stone which was nice. Not many places offer that anymore. no discount offered for such horrible service. Left very unpleased with my service. Will not be returning!

I was charged extra today for having calluses which I DID NOT any more than usual. I did not appreciate the way they treated me so I will not return! Not to mention the place is not clean and the chairs do not massage anymore as they all need repaired or replaced. Been going to Jenn’s for years. Not anymore, they appear to be going downhill.

Jens nails is the best. We travel all over for my husband's work and these guys are number 1! Currently we are 75 miles from them and I still travel to jens to get my nails done.
