Kaizen did a fantastic job in fixing some door dents in a new Ford Expedition – very pleased. In addition, they had it done sooner than I originally thought, and they cleaned the car inside and out exceptionally well. Nothing but praise for the overall experience.

We had an unfortunate incident involving a microburst and basketball hoop where it did damage to 4 different parts of the truck. Keizen was amazing from start to finish! They were able to schedule us in for repair within 2 days of the incident, but we chose to wait until we went on vacation 2 weeks later. When we got back, it was all finished and looked beautiful! We bought some TRD stickers from Amazon for the back sides of the truck that didn’t weather well the past couple years. They basically baked into the truck. Keizen was able to remove and replace at an additional affordable charge and they turned out beautiful. We were surprised to return to a vehicle with a full interior detail as well! They went above and beyond! The customer service is excellent as well. Very communicative and easy to work with. We’ll be using Keizen in the future if we need too. We are very happy with our experience. They made it easy!

Consistently Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
This is the second time I've used Kaizen Collision in Yuma, and once again, they delivered outstanding results. The quality of their work, professionalism, and attention to detail continue to impress me. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
Their team is knowledgeable, courteous, and truly takes pride in what they do. They completed the repairs on time and kept me updated throughout the process. My vehicle looks like new again!
