Worst experience purchasing at dealership ever!1. Did not want to honor written price quote.2. Car was not ready even though I called the day before and set appointment.3. Issue with transferring registration.4. Told there was no warranty on a car advertised as Kia Certified. Certified for what?5. 2 1/2 hours of wasted time to buy a car with bank check for quoted price.I really felt like they were trying to wear me down to get me to pay more.I felt sorry for the salesperson who was powerless in this situation.

Ryan Berger in service is an excellent representative of this dealership and Kia at large. Ryan went above and beyond for me with an A/C issue, and the service manager in the past has been an upstanding guy when I was having issues with my odometer. I live in Phoenix and it's always worth driving all the way down here to get proper service. Thanks guys, you're the best.

Do not buy any hybrid or electric vehicle from Kia, especially this place. I purchased a brand new 2023 Sportage Hybrid. Everything was great for about a year. With less than 25,000 miles on it the vehicle started acting up so I took it in to have it checked out. They couldn't recreate the problem the first time after 3 days, so I picked up my vehicle and on the drive home guess what? Same issue. Dropped it back off to service, this time they recreated the problem. After a week I was told that the battery needed to be replaced but they had no ETA on the part. It took them over 3 days just to tell me that the part is on backorder with no ETA. So I'm stuck paying for a car I cannot drive and can't be fixed for who knows how long! I asked to speak with someone in Finance, I called and left a voicemail, have yet to receive a call back after a week. All calls to finance go unanswered!To make things worse, I called Kia directly, spoke with a representative that said I can keep paying for the vehicle and when it is finally returned I can submit a claim to Kia and I MAY be reimbursed for the time the vehicle was in the shop. I asked about the buyback program, I have yet to be contacted by that department after a week of waiting.The cherry on top, I have yet to be reimbursed for the "courtesy" loaner car I received from Hyundai, an electric vehicle that was halfway charged that I could not drive further than 50 miles per day! I'm out $50 bucks and a brand new Sportage!

U know alot of service depts. In these dealerships are just outright untrustworthy...NOT Yuma Kias service dept. They just did what was needed to be done. If its covered by the warranty its fixed...are they perfect...who is??? They giveNo excuses.. just good work.....very satisfied ...

Thank you for being helpful to my daughter on her trip. Even though we had to get her kia sportage back home to have insurance fix her sunroof, the staff was helpful and kind to her while she waited for us to get her. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Much appreciated!

Alex has been great! A salesman who went 100%. He kept in touch and made videos of the cars I was interested in walking through every detail. This was a great help since I live in another city. I highly recommend him.

These people at this dealership are dishonest big time. Don't waste your time they will try to tell you things you need to get fixed that you don't need done. I know this for a fact I had my car all tuned up at my brother-in-law's shop in Utah. I had a complete tune-up on my car and then they told me I need a complete tune-up on my car. They changed my mom's oil and they put too much oil in it. That cause problems with the crankshaft we're taking her car to another dealership to have them document that the oil has not been changed. Kind of looks like they just added oil on top of her old oil. Very unhappy will never take my car or her car there again. Karma is real .

Bought a brand new Forte from them. Was having a howling coming from up front and took it to them multiple time to have it checked out just for them to tell me that’s how the car was. I took it to a different place to be told the wheel bearing was done for and I should never have been driving it. After traveling at 70 mph on the highway multiple times and not knowing the front wheel could’ve just gave up and killed me. But that’s better than them having to honor their warranty. Thanks Kia of Yuma, where safety is last.

Dishonest car salesman. Sold us a 23 kia telluride without a tow hitch and harness, when the suv is advertised as having one. Says he will check the next day on one. And promised us to get one. Here we are 4 months into this no hitch and says they haven't made one yet. I dig around and find out there has been a recall since 8 months prior to me buying the kia and he claims to know nothing about it. Told him the hitch was a must of us buying it. Nothing but lies.

We bought an EV 6 and the salesperson,Alex was phenomenal. After only 4 weeks, the car was experiencing issues and has been in the shop for a week. The issue is that it seems like we are bothering them when we call asking about our vehicle. I am definitely having second thoughts about doing business with them.
