I started to buy chrome and engraved moldings,interior parts,exterior parts and suspension parts this whole year. I’ve bought a lot of material for my 64 impala. Gotta love the detail in all the engraving and chrome great quality. Plus great customer service and very fast shipping. Gotta love doing business with Krazy Kutting. I’ve had problems with others not coming through but not this business. ??

Quite honestly one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. I think the team is well-intentioned, but organization is a complete disaster. Poor quality chrome, parts MIA, sent wrong parts, missed every single deadline, confused on pricing, no master inventory of what has been received and returned. They are nice people - no doubt - but simply cannot keep up with current demand, and the business is feeling it. I wish I heard more before sending stuff to KK, but have since had a LOT of people give me their “horror stories” from dealing with them. Would recommend paying a little more to use a good shop - the cheap rates are luring, but you will be burnt.

I tried to be patient and nice! So it started off last Christmas 2022-I bought my boyfriend a grill for his 62 impala that was supposed to be beautiful engraved grill for his Christmas gift. I was so excited for him to open it! I will never forget the look on his face when he opened it! I was waiting for him to be all excited with a big smile, the look of disappointment n not happy at all, hurt my feelings! I was like damn babe u not even happy! He pulled it all the way out of the box, that grill was so warped n not new. That grill must of been the one they used for display or it was a old grill just thrown around the shop! It was so ugly! So we called them to complain they said it must have got damaged during shipping, there is no way, there was so much bubble wrap. Straight out ugly n not brand new. So we sent it back, 2 months later we got a beautiful brand new grill! It should have came like that the first time! So then for Valentine's Day I then ordered my boyfriend his bezels for his 62. Again we got them and they were TRASH! I was like r u serious? They first messed up on the grill and now the bezels????? I was tripping out! Some parts were not even chromed right, u could see scratches, you see the solution. Again they looked like they were a old set just sitting around and they sent me those thinking it was acceptable. Sent them back took 3 months to get them back. Now we our waiting for the 3 item‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️3 times sending trash work is just crazy! So in June I ordered my boyfriend his 2 tone mirrors! They came looking aweful!!!!!! Gold all faded! All parts weren't chromed and gold platted the right way! Drips from the solution! Just horrible! We are going into December and still waiting! I actually gave up until my boyfriend reminded me this morning! Again he has contacted Ashley and all I ever hear is ok we will look into it!!!!! In August Santiago told my boyfriend he was mailing out that week and look we are going into December and we still have no mirrors!!!!! I can see maybe one order coming wrong but 3 orders is totally insane and unacceptable!!!! Actually no order should come messed up and trash! I pay upfront the day my order is placed and still get trash work. But I GUARANTEE all the heavy hitters u sell don't receive trash work everytime they order!!!!!! I don't recommend them. I guess if we are not heavy hitters we get trash work????

Had to wait 8 months when they told 2 to 3 months the most after 5 months all they could say I had a balance was paid took another 2 1/2 to three months to get only chrome that past 10 or more feet had placed another order in Jan 3 just got it last week texted them a picture they didn't respond had ordered a Trans cover they one different that they showed said they would replace it sent it that day they got it said hadn't sent it three days later probably take another 7 to 8 months when I opened the oil pan they send had 12 to 15 in dull spot bt 1 1/2 to 2 in wide send them a picture they hadn't gotten back here's a picture

Ordered a gas guard for my 62 Impala and it’s fits perfectly and the workmanship is great, definitely will continue to get more parts from Krazy Kutting.
