They are understaffed and favor the Yuma lab. We waited 1.5 hour past our apt time because they only had 1 employee. She was checking people in AND doing the lab work. Her partner was sent to cover the Yuma office. They should make it appointment only, but they took walk ins and this took forever.

I've always had a good experience at LabCorp on Fortuna. Their phlebotomists are efficient and the blood draws are almost always painless. I would recommend scheduling your tests to minimize the wait time rather than walking in as they are often very busy! When I brought my mother in last week a kind lady named Jerusalem R was running the office, drawing blood, and administering all tests as her co-worker had called in sick. She was still efficient, patient, and cheerful. They are our preferred location for lab work, largely due to the wonderful staff!

The women at this office were FANTASTIC. They walked me through getting my labs transfered to do it all in one go. Nice, clean, professional and gentle.

I know everyone experiences are different but this Labcrop was wonderful and very professional, I was able to get in get have the drug test done and get out.
I think the most important thing is to come prepared with all of your paperwork and IDs.

1 attendant, 1 phlobotomist, 27 customers, 1:45 hr wait. I've got medical issues. I've been to MANY labcorp's...This was the worst. 2 trips, 2:30 hr and NO bloodwork had to cancel a Dr's appt.

Their customer service is horrible. Just want results and their customer service can’t seem to find me. Multiple days dealing with incompetence is frustrating.Do not suggest this business.

Very quick and efficient, went on a busy Friday and was out within an hour. Had to do urinalysis and blood draw for pre-employment screening.Easy kiosk check-in also.

Poor customer service. Talking about customer behind counter to where you can over hear them. Very short when trying to ask questions. Claimed to be busy with myself and one other person in waiting room.

Visited for the first time today. Easy to register online and reserve an appointment. They have a system where they text you when they're ready once you arrive. Clean facility and friendly staff. I'll definitely be using them from now on.

If you need to get a covid test before travel, your chances are 50 percent that you will be able to travel. I went through the trouble of trying to set up accounts and went to my appointment with my husband on rhe 8th, prior to our flight which was today, the 10th at noon. We were assured that the maximum was 2 days. We'll, my husband was able to fly, as his results came back in 24 hours. I had to come back home, as my results did t even come back until 430pm this afternoon... when I asked it the airport if this happens often, thenswer was a sullen "oh, ues.". Clearly your system is broken.
