1 attendant, 1 phlobotomist, 27 customers, 1:45 hr wait. I've got medical issues. I've been to MANY labcorp's...This was the worst. 2 trips, 2:30 hr and NO bloodwork had to cancel a Dr's appt.

Their customer service is horrible. Just want results and their customer service can’t seem to find me. Multiple days dealing with incompetence is frustrating.Do not suggest this business.

Very quick and efficient, went on a busy Friday and was out within an hour. Had to do urinalysis and blood draw for pre-employment screening.Easy kiosk check-in also.

Poor customer service. Talking about customer behind counter to where you can over hear them. Very short when trying to ask questions. Claimed to be busy with myself and one other person in waiting room.

Visited for the first time today. Easy to register online and reserve an appointment. They have a system where they text you when they're ready once you arrive. Clean facility and friendly staff. I'll definitely be using them from now on.

If you need to get a covid test before travel, your chances are 50 percent that you will be able to travel. I went through the trouble of trying to set up accounts and went to my appointment with my husband on rhe 8th, prior to our flight which was today, the 10th at noon. We were assured that the maximum was 2 days. We'll, my husband was able to fly, as his results came back in 24 hours. I had to come back home, as my results did t even come back until 430pm this afternoon... when I asked it the airport if this happens often, thenswer was a sullen "oh, ues.". Clearly your system is broken.

Thank you Nali E. For being so kind and understanding. Bloodwork is never easy for me. She was fast and talked to me through it. I had really bad anxiety and started getting hot. She turned on the fan for me and made sure I had water.

I had previously reviewed this company and lowered my ranking due to front office service. I am now happy to say that the front desk is as kind and helpful as possibly could be expected The check in process is simplified and if you have any problems the gentleman at the desk is quick to assist with a smile. The technician's that draw blood are gentle and perform the process quickly. Can't say enough about the staff on 24th Street facility.

My newborn daughter (4 days old) needed blood draws for bilirubin testing. The first went fine, but the second was a disaster. The lady messed up the first stick and had to redo it. I would normally not have an issue with that since we are humans who make mistakes. However, she got stuck the second time and drew blood, and we were told that there was enough and could go home. A few hours later we got a phone call stating they needed to do it again because they didn't draw enough the second time. These "professionals" had to stick my newborn daughter three times in one day to get one vial of blood. I can forgive mistakes, and the first one I have no problem with, but when it comes to sticking a second needle in, how hard is it to make sure you draw enough? That's your job, and I find that inexcusable.
