The main exchange at MCAS Yuma is a detrimental factor to the health and well being of military personnel and their families. We can only hope MCCS goes bankrupt and a better contractor comes in to make the retail services on the base better!I had simply forgot my ID card and only wanted to purchase a set of shirt stays. I was upfront with the cashier that I had forgot my ID and there were two other cashiers who I had purchased things from many times before and they knew who I was. The cashier said I couldn’t purchase the shirt stays without my ID.Then I remembered Veterans could now purchase items at the exchange. I asked the girl and she said yes that’s true, I showed her my drivers license that has Veteran on it. Mind you that the AZ MVD requires a military ID or a DD-214 to put the word Veteran on your drivers license. However the cashier still would not let me purchase the shirt stays. This is why MCCS is hurting for money, they have horrible customer service and don’t want to sell items to anyone even if you have proof you’re a veteran.

What is going in in this place... everytime I need to get a uniform item they don't have it Every weekend has different hours, and when WTI is here they have different hours and the times that are on the door are completely irrelevant because they'll still open whenever they feel like and they have no way of letting customers know their hours? To say the least if Walmart had uniform items this mcx would run out of business in days

My mother bought a set of Dejuno suitcases from the Yuma PX, burgundy was the closest to pink that she could find, she was ecstatic. After 3 months she decided to look at her set and compare her set she bought for my sister. When my mother opened the set it wasn’t a set at all! The 2 smaller suitcases were black and the all smelt like mothballs! The base refused to give my mother’s money back or let her exchange for a another matching set. Shame on you for swindling an old VETERAN. When you look online or at other stores they’re selling matched set because that’s what people pay for! As for the smell it still remains after 10 months. The set remains unusable. If you buy from the PX, not only are at risk for buying an unmatched set, you are also at risk to live with a mothballed clothing smell. Customer service is lacking. My dad was a Veteran in the Korean War and served for 21 years in the service of the air force if he were here with us today, he’d be ashamed

Yuma store would not return my universal PC charger because it was beyond 14 days. The charger failed to work and the store would not take the return. Would not recommend anyone to purchase electronics from this location. Would go to Best Buy that has better customer services and policy’s. I would put negative stars but it wouldn’t let me

This review is for the annual All Wrapped Up! event that went from 5pm to 8pm last night. The parking lot and adjoining streets are closed for Holiday festivities those with base access can enjoy such as food games, vendors, raffle prizes, dancing and of course, pictures with Santa. We've been coming to this event on and off the 8 years we've lived in Yuma. Somewhat different every year but the same vibe...usually a good time. The highlight this time around were the chocolate-covered bananas and they chicken strips they were selling, at least food wise. Plus, they gave away free corndogs with he unused raffle tickets everyone had; one way to clear out the leftovers! Consider attending next year; a decent time with others plus free pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus for postcards!

I drove all the way to Yuma from Tucson to pick up a dress blues coat, I could not be happier with the experience I had in the uniform shop, outstanding

One of the smallest Marine Corps exchanges I've ever been in but, they've done a lot with such a small space! They don't have several rows of one item like most stores do, they only have one but, they have a very good variety for being such a small store. I have not yet had any interactions with the staff but, they seemed to be friendly enough.

This is a great place to shop for clothing, electronics, and even jewelry and makeup. I love to shop here
