“I recommend Kennedy's Karne if you're particular about your red meat. The butcher shop is clean, & the meat is fresh, tender, & flavorful!
I initially went to Kennedy's b/c Google said it sells carne seca & I wanted some. However, the red meat caught my attention too.
I recommend trying:
1. Carne seca chicali (not Manjares Machete carne seca)
2. Pork pastor
3. Marinated lemon flap meat
4. Marinated orange flap meat
5. Sweet onion flap meat
6. Al pastor sausage”
