After being advised by the receptionist about shower accessibility, Ben met with me after asking for advice on a patella brace for my elderly grandma who is a veteran. He suggested a lateral unloading brace after a thorough analysis, questioning that was precise, caring, and thorough. I came with experience of behavioral health, RBT, CNA, and DSP training, which isn't needed to approach these situations, but his service and approach was intensely accessible...He didn't care about selling me anything, he took my emotional response of wanting to help my grandma walk without pain and gave me a suggestion that allowed that to be achieved. He gave me information for a cheap, affordable brace that could have cost upward of $600, and how to find one for $100, and that my pathway to buying even a cheap $20 brace from him might not alleviate the issue, and to push toward using another service that though he could provide...wouldn't properly benefit her at the cost of making a sale for him. I hope that this business thrives and that as little as a review does, that Ben has my heartfelt thanks for taking time out of his work to address and assist just a random man off the street to him.
