He gave me information for a cheap, affordable brace that could have cost upward of $600, and how to find one for $100, and that my pathway to buying even a cheap $20 brace from him might not alleviate the issue, and to push toward using another service that though he could provide...wouldn't properly benefit her at the cost of making a sale for him. I hope that this business thrives and that as little as a review does, that Ben has my heartfelt thanks for taking time out of his work to address and assist just a random man off the street to him.
