For a year and the month now I've had the same problem with service. It's bad and then they make you but a 5g phone but can't connect to 5g service. Then they can't help you over the phone you have to come to a piece of crap store so that they could call whoever and ask. Garbage service

This lady there that I didn't get her name, she worked dillegently to help my daughter and I and she even had us laughing ! Metro better give you a nice raise girl! She was helping customers back to back and multi tasking.

I went to get a phone after getting out of hospital the one I had was super laggy got a deal with geo he had a phone that was discontinued also if I get it I was going to be given all covers that were left in store he said give or take it's almost 20 of each but not sure for my new phone if I was interested and I did went with it and took a month to receive the item but at the end of the day I only got the one tempered glass and 3 phone covers. The one employee said with a big surprise ALL OF THEM ?. NOT KNOWING I HER IT WAS A BOX. THANKS ANYWAY, what they don't know is that I actually did paid for them ahead of time didn't even give me time to show them but I didn't want to argue that they broke there policy on customer service ? next time recording proof will be needed and a sales recipe for purchase and deals
