Mr. B is very genuine and polite and the staff is always very friendly and personable. My children enjoy going in there and engaging with the staff, giving them high-fives and asking them how their day is going. I was looking for a bike for myself and my son and made the rounds to all the Mr. B's in Yuma. They were all very friendly and helpful getting me what I needed and we have definitely enjoyed the bikes.
