Ok I think this the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Took two hours to open my account only in the bank. Finally got account setup had to online banking by the rep insisted. First didn't tell me need my debit card to setup on line account. Waited over two weeks got debit card finally. Debit card did not work with pin they sent me. Went to bank about pin that was a hour ordeal. So went on some trip car broke down so I thought had over draft protection wrong: was told had to apply. Applied for over draft protection was denied really. Bank sucks time to pull my $5,000.00 dollars go to bank with less headaches.

Worst customer service ever and rude employees! Seriously takes them 15 minutes to deposit ONE check. I’ll be finding another bank soon.

I would give 0 stars but it won't allow that...I asked to trade in five $20.00 bills for a $100.00 bill..."We can only do that if you're a customer of this bank." WTW!!?? You're not going to take 20's in trade for a 100??!! What kind of an assinine policy is that? Not a friendly place for anyone from out of town.

Sadly it's not this exact branch's fault, but let me tell you a tale. So I got this bank because this is who my employer goes through and I thought it would be an easy deal. It took me 20 days to get my debit card, my PIN number never arrived so I had to go to the bank to set a pin, no biggie. Tried using the app to cash checks first one I paid $12 for a returned check fee. Also no biggie except I get server wages. (That means I make tips except I work at a strip club, and my job is complicated). Again all of this no big deal. I have learned that unless I go in physically my check takes 1 week to deposit. No big deal. Working nights sucks but I can take a few hours out of sleep every two weeks. So I lost my debit card I put a freeze and a friend of mine and myself went to look for it, I got a call from a local branch that they had it. I retrieved it and called to unlock it, because my phone didn't accept the text (what I was told at the branch) I had to go to a branch to fix it. Ok walk into the branch they call "it now works". Walk out. This was at like noon. Go home sleep for 5 hrs since I have a night job. Got to gas station attempt to use it. Declined. Try again. Declined. Give up. Get to work call the number on my card was told the system was down I will call you back. Two hours pass. No call. I call back. Was finally informed my card had a PIN number lock until 5 am. Ok no biggie. Did my stuff got some food this evening before work decided I needed a new bank. Since I hadn't been informed of the lock. Got to work applied for a new account with a different bank bank said that couldn't process it. Ok no biggie I go about my work day. I decided to go to Walmart after work. I was about to drop $100+. Card declined. Run it as credit. Card declined. Turns out that $25 I was using to open a new account shut down my account. And I couldn't verify who I was with my social, drivers license number, Birthday and address. No I needed a phone number that connected to my SSN and name. Except I use prepaid. So I couldn't even unlock it for the purchase. I asked can I use the card to pull cash? Nope. And they weren't willing to help me figure out how to unlock it because I have a prepaid phone. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.
