I went today and waited in line an unnecessary long amount of time! There were 2 cashiers. First I had to wait about 3, 4 min for a customer in front of me. This lady called Lezley or something like that was done then the phone ringed and she decided to answer it despite that I was there waiting since before and was my turn. She lasted 10 minutes on the phone (yes I checked the time) then the line went up about 3, 4 customers. Then she proceeded to absolutely ignore me to ask the gentleman behind me: Are you only paying? He said yes so she skipped me. Then she did the same again with the second customer behind me. At the end it was only me in line and despite me keeping it chill after her terrible customer service she had a condescending attitude (and this attitude was with all the customers in front of me) then when I asked for the part that I needed she was looking for the wrong one. Had to correct her.. (I have to say that about a month ago she helped me and she actually ordered the wrong part and I had to go back to exchange it). She needs better training or management really needs to hire better people. I think Yuma is full of people who really needs a job and wants to do the things right.. plus Autozone is on the next block.

Very good place to buy car parts.?? The people who serve you there are very attentive and friendly, they don't judge you for not knowing anything about cars and on the contrary, they help you and teach you. Excellent place not like the autozone pure shit?? they sell everything I bought in autozone is defective and expensive instead in O'reilly Auto pure quality and kindness when buying!!???
