The absolute worst customer service ever! We got this mail box so we could have packages arrive securely. We don't get them sometimes because they just don't accept the packages. It has been several months of this. My husband has waited for nearly three months for his eye glasses because this place doesn't bother to check the address. My husband is a Vet. Not exactly easy to get his meds, glasses, etc being a snow bird now. We will NEVER use them again. So irritated and disgusted. From a Vietnam Vet.

If you enjoy impersonal, rude and unfriendly service you'll love this place.
Have a question?...don't bother calling as they won't answer their phone.

If this company had a Mission Statement it would say “If you don’t like it take your business elsewhere”. Gracie was extremely rude and condescending to my husband and I. The owner is no better, she just stood there and let her employee talk to us in an unprofessional manner. Gracie told my husband that if he didn’t like it, he could take his business elsewhere. We could not pick up our package because they had not processed it yet. When we went back to get it, they told us we could not have our packages shipped there anymore. We are senior citizens, never raised our voices, were not rude. I just told her if she had told us from the beginning, we would have waited a day to come get our package instead of 3 trips and 1 phone call.

Good service to have available if you are in Yuma in an RV and need a place to occasionally have packages delivered! I've picked up about 3 'call service' packages this winter and everything has gone smoothly, with a $5 charge each time.

I don't normally write reviews but this place is so horrible I had to. The staff is extremely rude. I do not have a mailbox with them so I picked up a package that was shipped to them for me to call center they charged me $15 for a box of 10 by 12 by 18 very very light weight. I would definitely recommend not to do business at this place.

Most unreliable service provider ever. They arbitrarily decide to close without regard to business needs. They return mail when sender omits pmb number without regard to impact on your business.

Unreliable hours, Unreliable delivery - multiple items shipped to Mexico instead of my PMB Unreliable delivery - if sender omits PMB they will return as undeliverable Frequently unfriendly staff UPS Store on Fortuna Road is MUCH better choice

Terrible customer service both in person and on the phone. Dropped off taxes for prep at the beginning of April. We were told they would be done on time. I have called multiple times and still nothing. It has been three months and she still hasn’t completed our tax returns. We will never use this service again.

ATTENTION FELLOW MILITARY FOLKS!!!On June 19, 2023 (Monday), we went to return a U-Haul trailer to this place, but they were closed. We did drop it off in their lot and came back the following day to complete the return at precisely 0800 when they opened. The kind gentleman opened the place and we approached the counter to return the trailer. Then, an older woman came out and asked how she could help us, to which we replied we would like to return a trailer. She said “which one” to which I replied with the trailer number. She then says with some major attitude “which one”, to which again I say the trailer number. She then says “which one” rudely, so I told her “come outside and I’ll show ya”. At that point, the transaction turned south because this lady clearly thinks it’s ok to treat people like garbage, and I wouldn’t put up with it.Recommended corrective action:The lady could have politely asked “please show me which trailer you’re returning”, and this transaction would’ve went smoothly. Instead, she was downright rude. I see from other reviews of this place that there is a lady who works at the place who is rude and condescending. My guess is I must have been dealing with the lady with the terrible reviews.If you want to have a bad day, I highly recommend going into Packrats’ Mail-N-More!

The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING and hostile, just asking if they accept FedEx QR codes for a return…. Geez sorry to bother you…. Check your attitude grandma.

Owners are stand-up people! I love this family owned & run business. They remind me of what customer service used to be like back in the day. They take great care of my mail and always remember me. Yes, you'll pay a little more to not stand in line at post office but remember, this is a business, this is how they make their living. I support local!
