We are at the Westwind RV ParkThe Internet here is very poor at its best. The internet seems to be off line more then it is on. Evenings 1900hrs 2330hrsThe internet is almost non existent.Make your internet requirements between the mentioned times.Have talked to many other users in the park and the consensus is the internet being either hard wire or WIFI and electrical is just poor.

The customer service is really poor and the install took nearly 4 hours (think the tech went to lunch in the middle of it). Unfortunately it is the only option I have currently for internet where I am located so I'm stuck.

We are in our second winter at Carefree Village. I work remotely, so I need reliable internet. I signed up with 3D last year for a dedicated modem and pay $45/mo. The internet dependability is awful. The only time I can work is very late at night or very early in the morning and even then it is hit and miss.

Took them 10 days to send an email acknowledging my request for service. Email said they would call me on Monday. Two weeks later I still haven't heard from them.

Park Communications is a very reliable Company. When you call with a problem, they get on it immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I've been using internet service ever since the internet came into being. These people are the worst provider I've ever dealt with by far. We live at Carefree Village Resort, where 3D/Park Communications is the only provider offered and there is hardly ever a week that I don't have to call and let them know our internet service is down. I work from home, often very early in the morning. And when there is no service (like today), I have to waste hours waiting for their office to open in order to get help. Trust me, if I had another option at this park, I would dump these people in a heartbeat.

Just went back in time! We returned our modem and expected a credit on our credit card ($25 is needed for the modem at the beginning of service). But they could not do this. They had no explanation. So received cash back in mostly coin??? And a $2 credit??? I would say we will go with someone else next time. Terrible!!!

We had their internet service during our 3 month stay in an rv park. The wifi was spotty at best. Pretty bad when the Google nest couldn't connect to the internet while positioned on the counter next to their router.A couple of messages were left at their office for support that were never replied to.At the end of our stay, we are departing on a Sunday. Had to deliver the router to their office on Friday because they are closed on weekends without a secure drop box area to leave it on the departure day.Very frustrating poor service, would never recommend this company!!

So many snowbirds come to Yuma the cell towers are overwhelmed and all you can do is call, to slow for Data. We got Park Communications for internet to stream TV, would have given 5 stars but at times you can't stream a show because it's overwhelmed to.

I’ve had this service years and I pray for a better service to be available in the park I live in. I feel fortunate on the days I can watch Netflix which is most of the time I’m not able to do too slow speed. During certain times of the day I cannot even log into the Internet because the signal drops because of too many people being on the bandwidth. I have to choose between my Apple Watch, my iPad, my TV, or my roku as to which one I want to use Because I don’t have enough download speed and I pay $40 a month for this crummy service

Easiest utility I've ever dealt with. One call to activate wifi, I call to deactivate. Very friendly and helpful employees.
