The selection is better than the chain stores. The staff are always kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. They provide authentic, knowledgeable service and are willing to special order items they do not normally carry. The store supports rescue animals and hosts fun pet adoption events. Prices are great and they offer military and first responder discounts. A huge plus for locals is that they offer same-day delivery. It is no surprise this awesome store has won Yuma’s Best pet supply store two years in a row. Customers are more than customers—they are family.
I stopped my road trip because my cats were freaking out and were scared. I stopped here because a vet tech recommended it for over the counter calming products. I just want to thank whoever helped me that day because they have been so calm and sleep most of the car rides! A true angel sent to earth that day!!!!
