Said he could change the window panes. No Problem - they came, they measured. They came back and measured again, I waited, I phoned, “Oh they didn't unload them off the truck”,” be here next week”.... Next week I phoned. another story. I dropped down to the shop... “oh they forgot to order them will be here next Friday”, they weren't there for another week... the big day arrived .. This is over a month and half – “be there before lunch” so I changed plans and waited and phoned–”oh ya 20 minutes”... a few 20 minutes passed and they showed up -- with one of the two panes of glass. Then it's - “I'll give your money back... I'll bring it out sometime next week” ( ya sure). So I drove once again from the Foothills to the shop and got a check. Took it to the bank, they charged $10 to cash the check, so had to go back to get $10 cash. Like don’t bother with this glass shop there has to be better… I now have to search for it. What a waste of my time.

Called a few places to get a chip filled on my car windshield. Everywhere I called was charging an absurd amount for a chip and appointments were days away. I wanted it fixed asap before it spread into a crack.Called Rams glass and they told me come now and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Great price and service. Will use them every single time for my glass needs.

After shopping around to get my windshield replaced. Rams Glass was and is the BEST price around. Not to mention service is FAST and professional! Upon picking up my car, he told me that my windshield had been replaced already and wasn't installed properly. I had no idea it was replaced and glad they installed the new one properly. Definitely coming here to get any window service needed!
