RV Connection is a great store with a decent variety of RV parts and prices are not bad. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure all the correct parts for a rig are and are patient with an issue. The staff took time to explain a problem, show tips and are generous with time, help with repair, installation and antenna repair at a cost less than thought should be. They are super friendly, researched question if needed and are highly recommend for RV needs.
I went in to ask about a problem I was having with my rv tv antenna. They took all the time that was necessary to explain how these things work and all of the options I had for improving my reception without ever launching into a sales pitch for any of their products. They were very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
