Sellers. One of the worst companies i have ever worked at. They hire illegal aliens with false papers. They required me to drive illegal speeds at 100mph and above. I was falsely accused of breaking equipment by illegal alien employee because he did not want others to drive "his" worn out truck. Outlaws on wheels, from owner on down. They once made me drive to Phoenix on I8 at 120+ mph to get fuel from the pipline in.Buckeye AZ

Ok, next step. There are 5 things one can do when one lives next to a bad neighbor. 1) talk to them. Done, several times. To no avail. 2) Offer assistance. Many times I have. Deaf ears, hillbilly pride. 3) contact city code enforcement. Yuppers, but it doesn't help the problems in the back yard. It may help the front yard. 4) contact their work. Many employers have policies on public/private appearance and conduct. Because they represent the companies' reputation. I did. Contacted the CEO. They told the CEO to " butt out". 6) Social Media. Here I am and here's the story. Several years ago a young Sellers bought the cute well maintained, newly remodeled house next door. A family. How great! We are all older and it was a blessing to have kids in the neighborhood. But shortly thereafter the marriage fell apart. Young Sellers let the property fall into ruin. He let the yard die, cut down trees and let the rubbish pile up. He drove and parked on the front yard. The back had broken down cars and trucks. Dead trees, trash and debris. It is so bad it's a threat to our safety because it's now a fire hazard. The fence is falling down. Tools and equipment are strewn around the place creating an invitation for thieves and vagrants to pilfer and make us vulnerable. Young Sellers backed his trailer into my block wall and knocked it down. I tried to be a good neighbor, but after 7 months had to threaten legal action. Look, he's a bad neighbor who has brought the whole neighborhood down. At one point he had (2) blue plastic 150 gal. barrels filled with empty beer cans sitting on the front porch! So, you have to ask yourself. Do I want to do business with Sellers Petroleum when they can't take care of themselves? When they desicrate a neighborhood? NO.
