One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility. I came in for a quick drug test that should’ve taken 10 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour while six people who arrived after me were helped first. I signed in exactly how I was supposed to, but it didn’t seem to matter.
When I asked why I was still waiting, the staff’s attitude toward me felt completely disrespectful and dismissive. Its like I didn’t matter. It genuinely felt like I was being treated differently because of who I am, which was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting.
To make things worse, the bathroom was filthy, with urine still on the floor from the previous person. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional.
Because of their disorganization and lack of respect, I ended up missing a job interview. This place clearly has no concern for people’s time, cleanliness, or fair treatment. I will never return to this location.

Giving 2 stars so google won’t automatically remove. I’d give ZERO if I could. Worst labs I’ve ever had done and I go once a year. Terrible services. They have a computer to check in. DO NOT USE. Wait for nurse. If you need extra information they will NOT ask you for it until they notice you sitting in the waiting room not being called. The desk is often empty while people are waiting to give this extra information. Not organized at all. Not proficient with time at all. Had at appointment at 9 am. Check in at 8:55 on iPad. Didn’t get noticed until 9:15. Didn’t get back until 10AM. TEN PEOPLE passed me that checked in AFTER me. Unless they checked in late for appointments there’s NO reason for the order to be insane.
Also, if you have an issue, the nurses will ignore whoever is at the counter go to the second window and talk to guests out there while not acknowledging.
it’s true what they say. Mean girls become nurses and the ones that run this place foot the bill. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

The worst service ever. The nurses have no answers to any questions, their attitude is very bad, as if we were getting the tests for free On top of that, the injection was given harshly, and the nurse seemed to have a problem with me.

I’m extremely disappointed and outraged by what happened at this laboratory.
This is not only discriminatory, but a deeply unethical and inhumane act. No one should be targeted or profiled for the language they speak. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic human decency. I would never trust a place that treats people like this. Shame on them.

I get blood drawn at least 4 times a year. Just moved to Yuma and had my first draw done here. I made an appointment online the day before for an 8:00am draw. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was less than 5 minutes total from when I walked in the door to walking out. The phlebotomist did a great job. Could hardly feel the needle. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional.

Very friendly staff. Lorena and Iveth were especially helpful and professional. I had a great experience and was in and out in a timely manner. Any of the negative reviews on here are privileged people who have unrealistic expectations or are simply impatient. Thank you Sonora Quest Labs.

The front desk staff here aren’t qualified enough for their roles. They have no idea about anything to do with billing and what their website says doesn’t align with their practice. They seemed clueless about a lot of questions i had and to be honest that’s unprofessional. Do better Sonora quest you can’t just hire anyone. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Poor customer service! Went to sonora quest lab 3 times in two days wasting my time because they only do certain blood work at certain times, and they ran out of supplies for blood work. Never going back.

The staff were helpful they have a lot of seating to include wide seating. Wait time is around 30 min on average but the actual lab work is fast. Parking is sufficient.
