Be very careful if you want to hire this service for cheap, if you brand by phone they will give you services and promotions that are possibly different, they will tell you that you can change things for free, you will end up with payments and debts that even if you have it recorded, no one will be responsible for the bad service or they will give you a solution, only you They will tell more lies so that you stay calm until time passes and they tell you that since it was not resolved you have to pay more. After 20 one-hour calls with the staff who lie so long as they don't cancel and each one without fixing anything, go to the store 3 times and that they can't do anything, that we call again because they are not responsible for what they sold you I decided to cancel the service

Even though it's was crowded the service was quick and efficient.
Their website doesn't do them any favors. If you want just Internet to it's not the $30/mo that the website offers. That's only on bundled services.
But at even $60 it's much less than out on the road Internet.

I have always had good experiences at this store. Today, before I could even type in the checkin kiosk, Marco asked if he could help me today. And he did. I was confused about the process for transferring my internet service to my roommate. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Marco. Give that man a raise!!

Tried to drop off equipment and there were probably 30 people inside waiting. Asked if they could give me an approximate wait time and they said no. Could be an hour could be 4 hours. Joey kind of shrugged it off like... We are busy and we don't care about your business. Disappointed.

I went to the yuma palms location thinking it was going to take forever. Salvador helped me so quick and efficient, he answered all my questions and made the experience great, definitely will stay a customer thanks to Salvador being great at his work, 5 stars for Salvador

Spectrum hires incompetent people. Eunice is rude and unfit for customer service. After being a customer with spectrum for almost 20 yrs, I finally made the move to switch with Allo and happy with my decision.

They increase the prices either every month or year and wifi is terrible slow speeds no matter what my package is terrible service always disconnects and barely works. They increase the price but dont fix their wifi issues no matter what we try it doesnt fix it and goes out alot and everything. I dont really recommend

I just moved from NV yesterday and was told to return my equipment to this store. I walked into the store and saw only 1 person working, and helping a different customer. I waited about 5 min, when about 4 people came out from the back, 1 of them looked at me and told me that I needed to leave. So I left.
I called customer support, they told me to walk in and leave my equipment, I did, and was asked by a woman why I was there, I told her that I needed to leave the equipment, she asked me who told me to leave, I pointed him out, and she then told me I needed to go then. I left my equipment on a table and left.
I called customer support back, and they called the store and had them put that they received my equipment.
I have lived in AZ for less then 24hrs, and THIS is my 1st impression.
