This was a complete redemption for this location my last visit one of the higher up stylists completely botched my haircut and beard trim like really bad. I went to give them one last try today didn’t ask for anything free just please fix it.
Meranda drew the short straw and had to try and fix the complete disaster I left with last visit
She was absolutely amazing she took her time ( over an hour) and she completely transformed the train wreck I purchased last time.
She was so kind and cautious and really took the time to try and make me look presentable again.
She knocked it out of the park.
Then without prompt she informed the manager what happened who then comped the bill. So needless to say Meranda got the money I planned on spending in there today. And she has gained a loyal repeat customer. Thank you Meranda for your kindness and your grace in handling the situation. Never a negative word about the co worker who did the bad cut she’s a class act

Please update your page online! It says you close at 7pm online, bit it all actuality you close at 5pm!!! I showed up at 6pm & and two other dudes aldo showed up & were equally pissed! This is a pretty significant deal, its 2025 & everyone looks online to see what time a store closes & prices ect. And yet you guys have neither online. Zero prices listed & incorrect hours of operation listed. This isn't difficult, as a white man who has zero interest In barber shops,where all they know know how to fades. Plz get It together ❤️
