I’ve been coming to UPS for years! Especially for Amazon returns. I’ve selected customer return and have been pretty good about following the instructions. This is the first time I’ve been turned away or forced to purchase a $10 tape to resolve my return. Or I can waste the gas and time to go home to tape my box. Now mind you, I’m new to THIS UPS since I’m new to the area so if this is their policy, excellent. The reason for the 1 star is if this is their policy that they will not tape my box closed because it is “customer packaged” then okay, a warning is great, let me tape it so you don’t have to go all the way home or pay $10 for tape. Instead I’m talked to as if I’m stupid when he says “ it says customer packaged” with a condescending tone. Listen, this is my FIRST experience where a shipping place won’t tape your package. Especially if it’s a one off didn’t know better kind of situation. Do better UPS in foothills. Single moms don’t need MORE expense and time consuming projects on their lists when we just need the box taped. I am disgusted at your so called humanity! Barf!!!

Employees were extremely rude and the manager of this location does not seem to care. I was trying to drop a package off to be shipped back to a store and the employee told me that I couldn’t take a photo of MY package in the store so that in the event that UPS lost it then it wouldn’t be on me it would be on them and was asked to take my business elsewhere. It is the constitutional right of every U.S. citizen to be able to film and take photos in public, but also it’s in UPS’s policy’s that filming and taking photos IS allowed. Would never recommend anyone to go to this UPS location EVER

The customer service at UPS in the foothills is excellent their customer service is also excellent they are kind patient and very helpful

These folks move quick! Way faster than the post office 😂 they’re gonna charge you for every possible thing though so beware! Tape, paper, don’t expect any complementaries 😂 but other than that they’re great.

The local library will literally let you print for 10¢ whether you have a library card or not, and will provide help for free if it’s even needed. Go there instead. USPS will charge you 40x that for literally pressing a button and pretend they’re doing you some huge favor

Requested to have a document printed and was told it would be approximately 24 hr. turn around pre-paid. It has been two days and still no contact. They also kept my USB thumb drive I brought the file on. Calling it a loss. You may want to look elsewhere for print services.

They stole a 172.00 leather coat and said it was already sent back to the owner the owner said they could see where the label had been printed. I had them print the label and when I re read the receipt it said it was a 000 so the person who printed the label at the store knows where the coat is. But they say they don’t. I went through a real rat race. And still ended up with no money and no coat

All the 1 stars are due to people not having their lable or their box sealed >_<
Analese was amazing. She was professional has excellent customer service! I was in and out in 60 seconds (no joke). I had my package sealed with lable on it. Super easy and simple. I also got a receipt! 5 star!!

So, waited for a overnight package that took 5 days to get to me. I was waiting on a check to pay my rent and I got evicted because UPS messed up on my order. Now it's been almost two months I been waiting for reimbursement and even in that they lag.. I wish I would them zero stars.. Hey ups I'm still waiting!

Beware. This place will rip you off & the Owner/Manager doesn't care. Use caution when dropping off items for free returns to Amazon or Temu. The employees will insist that you have to purchase expensive overpriced materials from them in order to process your "free" returns
