Today, Sept 8th, I stood in line at 9:30am for 30 minutes. One associate and 13 people in line. For a Monday is unforgivable. I biggest problem for this location is they Don't Care!!! But unfortunately......we have no other options. This Postmaster should be fired!!!

If this is the post office that delivers mail to 124** S. Sa*** Ave, the carrier deserves zero stars. I had a note taped to the mail box asking that an Amazon package addressed to me NOT BE PUT IN THE MAIL BOX. No one working on the weekend has the key and the item was something needed to wear for Sunday.

I’ve been calling this location. I need to talk to someone regarding renewal of my PO Box. I cannot even get a renewal through the kiosk machine, so I need to know what’s going on. I’ve been calling for almost 4 days straight. Is there any one there working to answer the phone calls coming in to the post office ?

Would not take my package to be delivered. Really upset since I do not have a car. And I am not supposed to do much right now cause of my platelets.
Tried calling the office and they will not answer me. I will be saving to use other methods of getting my mail.
Post office has changed a bunch since my mom was a postmaster. Not too happy with you guys!!!!
Seriously?? I have always been able to deliver by the mail carrier before. Not everyone has access to a scale and printer either.

Love this location, as it’s the only post office in foothills. Every time I come to this post office, the wait is typically longer than usual. There’s also been a few times where the AC isn’t working- (it’s AZ, really?) also, all the other post offices have a self service kiosk- for convenience/after hours quick transactions. But this one doesn’t, it will help tremendously! It’s 2025 USPS is a national company- get with the times!

I have called several times to try to get things fixed and it’s been the same thing over and over no one ever answers the phone. I wonder if they even have one at that office?

Have delivered the last three shipments in a row to the wrong address.
Edit: Increased rating to 2 stars due to friendly desk staff when I visited in person to try and sort out the shipping problems, packages were confirmed to have been delivered to incorrect addresses.

Regular delivery person is great but alternate/vacation help can't read. Certain jobs REQUIRE THE ABILITY TO READ.
Plus the office seldom answers the phone or has any message device.

Our regular mail lady is great. She's been super helpful and has been very sweet. However, I am disappointed in the pickup service for packages. Half the time, no one shows up and I have to bring it down there and wait in line anyway. Packages have to be shipped within a certain time, since my customers are expecting their package by a certain time. If you aren't going to pick up the package, it shouldn't be offered as a service.

They never deliver my packages. This has happened multiple times now. They'll say they couldn't deliver the package because there was no access. I don't have a gate, a dog, or anything blocking access. They can walk right up and deliver it. This is the fourth time now.
