Albert and Nestor were great with customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly, but it's ridiculous to be sitting here since 9:30am and yet is 12:08 and still waiting for help. The store is busy. We are currently 10 customers and only 2 workers. This morning there was only one employee for 6 customers until later manager arrived to help. Please review your customers flow and have more workers to assist.

This review is for the 2886 s 4th ave suite 2 store. Walked in to inquire about switching from my current provider to Verizon. I was told they would be with me in a minute. I noticed they were talking to an elderly Hispanic male. I couldn't hear what the Hispanic male customer was saying but all of a sudden, the sales clerk's voice raised and then I heard the customer say "you shouldn't be treating me this way" The sales clerk then tells the man that he shouldn't be raising his voice. The customer said he didn't raise his voice until the clerk did. Then the conversation got quieter and the clerk looked right at the customer and said "you brought cheap cricket phones, that's why this isn't going to work, is THAT what you want me to tell you?" I'm sorry but if you're talking to a potential new customer, belittling them and berating them in front of other customers is NOT how to get a new customer. The elderly Hispanic man told them "I'm old. I don't understand all the technology stuff". I was done at that point. I walked out and will not return because if they treat an elderly person like that, they don't deserve my business.

I ordered a device online, I received an email saying it was ready for pick up and I had to get it that same day or the order would be cancelled if not picked up before the store closed. Because of this I had to get off work early to make sure I was able to get my order. Once I got there, I had to wait well over 20 minutes just to pick up an online order and the workers weren't friendly and seemed to prioritize everyone else who walked in without much care to update me about why it was taking so long. The person helping me said they were getting the order from the back but I saw her just stocking their inventory once she noticed I was looking at her confused, she updated me that there was a "timer" for the safe to open. - *side note* I've worked at cricket wireless, metro by T-Mobile, and even a Verizon store and I have never seen or heard of a timer to open a safe- Lastly, no one offered to set up the phone for me or ask if I needed help. The lady just handed me the phone (still in the box) and said "here's your phone." This is why I don't like authorized dealers, it's clear they're just there for the Verizon revenue not for anything else the Verizon corporation actually stands for- like their exceptional customer service that makes Verizon the best company to work with. If you have Verizon or are hoping to get Verizon go to the one at the Yuma Palms, even if its further away, it's 10000x better service and it's not unpleasant. The only reason I came to this store knowing it was an authorized retailer was because the phone I wanted was unavailable everywhere else, including online.
Another thing, they signed me up for their emails without permission. I never authorized to get emails from them, it's a huge pet peeve of mine to get signed up for stuff without my consent.

Third Party Store with false promises for sell tactics. Our bill does not reflect the promotion promised. This store has a great team and extremely talented people, however, a deceiving way to do business.

THEY LIE! ONLY WORK WITH VERIZON DIRECTLY!!!!
I was told there was a INTERNET promotion for 2 free months, got the first bill and was still charged (plus the prorated amount).
CALMLY went in and “a note was sent to corporate” and was told I would be credited. Next month’s bill comes in, still billed and no promotion… go in today and they said they can’t do anything to call corporate….
CORPORATE SAID SORRY I WAS MISINFORMED 🤣
It wouldn’t of mattered but I already had internet, paid double for the same service only because the salesman sold me on the “try it out! It’s free”
I’ve always felt like I could trust my fellow Yumans but feel sick to my stomach knowing there are companies like this cheating people.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Took plenty of time to go over kinds of phones and got us up and going in no time! Very courteous and was patient with us older people who are challenged by technology! Great store!!!!

Everyone there is great! From the moment I walked in to the time I left they made me feel welcomed. Albert “Tito” Vasquez was exceptional and had me in and out within 45 minutes! He had great customer service!

The guy who waited on me was filthy. Greasy hair, wearing a black shirt with dandruff all over it. He looked like he hadn't had a shower in a while and his clothes were awful. It was hard to concentrate on what he was saying but he did help me with my phone problem.
