The guy who waited on me was filthy. Greasy hair, wearing a black shirt with dandruff all over it. He looked like he hadn't had a shower in a while and his clothes were awful. It was hard to concentrate on what he was saying but he did help me with my phone problem.

Breanna gave 17/10 customer service! Thursday evening I did a pick up order after 7pm and it let me know I can pick up the phone at the foothills location. When I got there around 7:30 she let me know a new order hasn’t come in and because of the time it might not come through until the morning. She told me to hangout a few minutes to see if it comes in. I was getting ready to leave and the order came through. She knew with it coming in that late she’d have to stay after the stores closing time and could have easily just told me to come back tomorrow. She went above and put a costumers needs first. She answered all the questions I had and had such a friendly presence the entire time and carried a conversation with me the entire time. This is the first time I’ve had enjoyable experience in a cell phone store. I’ve worked in customer service and I know how difficult that can be especially when you’re at the end of your shift. I’m so glad she mentioned she works at the 4th Ave location and was covering at foothills that day. Next time I need to visit Verizon I’ll be going to the 4th Ave and hope Breanna helps me. I’ll also recommend anyone I know visit her.

Breanna at the store on 4th Ave was absolutely the best. Hardest worker I saw in there. She wasn’t even just helpful to me but many customers I saw. She is upbeat and enthusiastic and easily makes you forget about your bad day. Breanna wasn’t just out to take money from me but first helped lower my bill significantly before even trying to sell me. Who doesn’t love saving money?!!! No matter how rude I watched other customers treat her she still remained calm and polite. That smile is a reason to just go see her for alone! Thanks again Breanna, I hope to always have an experience that easy.

Rep wasn't very knowledgeable on what was wrong with phone. Went to main store at Yuma Mall and rep knew what to do...I needed a new Sim card.

Had a terrible experience at this Verizon. Worker Breanna did not want to service any clients since it was one hour to closing time. Went in wanting to get a new line and also switch over and hoping to get two new phones. She made up excuses to why she couldn’t sell us phones. Saying things like going to the vault would take a long time and it was almost closing time. That if we wanted to get a phone we should have “come in earlier”. When asking her for rate planes she just said “ i don't know it depends” instead of giving us options.. i asked if there was any where i could look at the plans and said there wasn't. She also lied about the rate plans available and said the ones in display were incorrect when i asked her about it, when that should be against policy (having displayed rate planes that are no longer available). Several customers went in the store at the same time, and she was also unserviceful to them since “it was almost time to close” that she rather them come to the next day. Ive worked for wireless retail including Verizon and have experience on how switch overs work as-well as new lines, and none of the details she gave me were true, clearly just wanted to shoo us away so she would he put in time. It was also said that I couldnt be added to an account if the primary owner wasn't physically present. from what i know all i need is the pin and the text information sent the the primary owner’s phone which I did have access to but she continued saying that it wasn't possible regardless, There for she couldn't add us. She was rude no customer service gave us an attitude as if we were bothering and not helpful at all when asking for recommendations. When ever i suggest other ways of trying to open a line she would give me ifs and buts. I left pretty upset since I drove 45 min and was enthusiastic hoping to get a service for me and my family. Will be reporting this.

0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place. Horrible service and down right disgusting workers. Attitude sucks and they are more interested on being on their personal phones instead of helping you. They trying to charge you for free services and question you on everything.

There guys helped fey a deal with Verizon no one else was willing to make the same effort. They did a great job. I tried foe weeks to get someone online by chat or on the phone to find me a deal for new phones. The Victra guys in Yuma went above and beyond!!
