The two reps I were incredibly unprofessional. I set up picking up my new phone on am already agreed online deal. The rep tried to have me agree to something else that was obviously more expensive then when I declined his co workers who must have been in his 40s began acting like an annoyed high schooler. It's insane that the outsourced verizon rep was more honest then the on site reps.

To date, I have not encountered a more unprofessional and uncomfortable individual in my business interactions. The overall experience was subpar, from communication to body language. My husband observed that she maintained an unfriendly stare, which escalated to hostility, prompting me to request assistance from the business manager due to my discomfort. I had ask her to remove herself 4x Despite this, she continued to approach me aggressively and even threatened to report me for trespassing, citing my five-year tenure as a Verizon account holder. I felt compelled to leave the premises and allow my husband to conclude the matter. For someone in the position of consumer manager, I was astonished by her continued unprofessional behavior.

We have been with this Verizon for three years have done all our upgrades and bought watches, iPads here as well. One of our new I watches stopped charging so we went into the store to ask for help but were told that it was after 30 days and to enjoy our paperweight. We are snowbirds wearing a Canada shirt so obviously huge discrimination due to us being Canadian! Never been treated like this before! So just a warning to any snowbirds from Canada do not use this store!!! Verizon help from online was amazing offering ideas and options !

I was Interested on a phone case.
I had to wait almost 1 hour to get service.
Only to be informed that they do not have the case I want it.
Is not a complaint about the workers. Is more about the system they use for certain things as buy a simple phone case and not a new line 😀

I am disappointed to have my mother call me today. She walked into the store at 4:15pm with her confirmation code to pick up her WiFi router that she had called and set up with Verizon directly. Melissa was her customer service rep in the store who told her she couldn’t process her order twice and she would just cancel it and sign her back up. My mother said no I have confirmation and then my mom got a email while in the store that said your order has been refunded.
Then my mother called Verizon and he said it should have been a simple 5 minute process. It turned into over an hour and 30 minutes. She didn’t leave the store until 5:45. My mother felt like Melissa canceled her order so she would get the sales commission. Please don’t pray on the elderly and just assume you can pull one over on them.

Horrible customer service overall.
Was getting help on getting a new phone but was ask to call verizon customer service to get a promo if i order it from there and pick it up on the store. I waited for hours in the store and in my car asking like 5 times if my phone was ready but just got told that it was still pending. Got so frustrated that i was also calling verizon customer service but the just kept saying its got on the order that it was the store. The store came to the conclusion on i had to cancel the order and had to reorder with no promo. Wasted my whole day doing nothing just waiting for verizon employee to not willing to help and solve mu issue!

Completely unprofessional approach in customer service. Made unnecessary comments that made me feel like new clients are not as important as existing clients. If I could give half a star, I would. Recommend shying away from Raul.

I came to this store because my phone was acting up. I wanted to get a relatively inexpensive phone to replace it. The sales rep told me my phone had a trade in value of $700 toward a Samsung. He told me all I would owe was a couple hundred dollars plus the activation fee. What he did not tell me is that it was a payment plan that locked me in for 50 months. I asked if there was a contract and he said no. He said my plan would stay the exact same price, which it did. When my company quit paying for part of my phone bill, I wanted to switch carriers and I found out I still owed $550. He lied to make the deal and was completely dishonest. When I went to Verizon in Grand Junction Colorado to explain, they said yeah, we hear about this all the time. I asked to cancel my service and they said they can't, we can only sell service, sell plans, and sell phones. But, no cancellation. I'm done with Verizon and switching, like many others have, to a carrier that offers the same phone services for $70 less per month.

I thought something was really wrong with my samsung note phone. A young man figured out that I had accidentally pushed something that changed my settings and fixed my problem quickly.
