These people at the pharmacy never know what they are doing. Than they promise you your meds are ready than they are supposedly out of stock. Now when I went after being told they were ready through text they told me they were not ready. Enough is enough. Hello CVS Pharmacy.

I had called ahead to get information about ordering a poster picture. When i arrived the young lady at the Photo department was extremely helpful and very patient. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

It took an hour to get to the window at the drive-thru, and there were only four cars ahead of me. That’s a really long wait, especially compared to 4th Ave Pharmacy, which is always much faster. Do you need more staff? If so, what’s causing the delay?

Went in with a prescription to get filled and the clerk was in a bad mood. I wanted to use Good Rx and she said they don’t always accept it there. She didn’t even put the code from the coupon or the bin number and she said it would be $109! The coupon was for $34. Terrible customer service. The phone rang twice and she picked it up and hung up twice on the callers. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

A parade of incompetence. I agreed to pick up at a given day and time, they didn't have it ready. Multiple associates gave me Multiple excuses and downright bad information. Training seems to have taken a back seat to just plugging a hole with whoever you can get. I had heard this pharmacy was poorly staffed, but I didn't believe it. I do now.

I guess I'll get behind the line of complaints. I was in the car line for 45 minutes. They need to hire more help. Most of the time I go inside and wait in line.

Tried to refill an out-of-state controlled substance thru Walgreens app on a Friday. Message via app said to call pharmacy. Called immediately. Clerk said she would have to check with the pharmacist. Said it could be ready Tuesday. No call back. No change in RX status in Walgreens app. Called on Tuesday to see if it was ready for pickup. No action had been taken. Said it would be ready by 2:00. Arrived at 2:30; no action had been taken. Pharmacist said it would be ready by 5:00. Arrived after 5:30. RX had not been filled. Told to come back tomorrow (we’re staying an hour away!). Frustration expressed. Told it could be ready in 10 minutes. The reason we have our RXs at Walgreens is because we travel out of state frequently for extended periods of time. We will be pursuing other options. Nobody should have to go through this time consuming frustration!!!

Nice enough staff, but they need so many more. The app sucks. I have now been waiting over an hour for a scheduled flu shot and thus place us a total joke

Absolute HORRIBLE experience! I was sold an EXPIRED MEDICATION (gabapentin solution) for my 13 yr. old senior dog, and within 24 hours, my dog had severe pain and seizures due to not having his pain/seizure medication. This medication normally has to be ordered, this Walgreens had it just sitting there in the fridge and was likely long expired! I called the pharmacist and he was very belligerent and dismissive saying their gabapentin is just fine, it doesn't have an expiration date. Liquid gabapentin is only good for 90 days in ideal refrigeration. The pharmacist put a 1YEAR expiration date on my dog's bottle. THANKFULLY
I was able to get CVS to fill the my dog's prescription, but it took 3 days because it was over a weekend. My dog had so much pain he couldn't eat and had several seizures that weekend. I called the pharmacy at Walgreens and explained what happened with the seizures, again, dismissive belligerent, basically he could give a flying fudge what happened to my dog, it wasn't Walgreens problem. My little guy is feeling wonderful and pain free/seizure free after he took the good medication from CVS. The pharmacist has a huge chip on his shoulder and has zero accountability to anyone. CVS has only bad things to say about this store. Avoid filling prescriptions here, read the comments, YIKES, barely 2.8 stars. There's your sign!!!

This Walgreens is a joke. The customer service is terrible. Plus it's a constant "we have to order from the warehouse". Tired of excuses.
