Tried to refill an out-of-state controlled substance thru Walgreens app on a Friday. Message via app said to call pharmacy. Called immediately. Clerk said she would have to check with the pharmacist. Said it could be ready Tuesday. No call back. No change in RX status in Walgreens app. Called on Tuesday to see if it was ready for pickup. No action had been taken. Said it would be ready by 2:00. Arrived at 2:30; no action had been taken. Pharmacist said it would be ready by 5:00. Arrived after 5:30. RX had not been filled. Told to come back tomorrow (we’re staying an hour away!). Frustration expressed. Told it could be ready in 10 minutes. The reason we have our RXs at Walgreens is because we travel out of state frequently for extended periods of time. We will be pursuing other options. Nobody should have to go through this time consuming frustration!!!

Nice enough staff, but they need so many more. The app sucks. I have now been waiting over an hour for a scheduled flu shot and thus place us a total joke

Absolute HORRIBLE experience! I was sold an EXPIRED MEDICATION (gabapentin solution) for my 13 yr. old senior dog, and within 24 hours, my dog had severe pain and seizures due to not having his pain/seizure medication. This medication normally has to be ordered, this Walgreens had it just sitting there in the fridge and was likely long expired! I called the pharmacist and he was very belligerent and dismissive saying their gabapentin is just fine, it doesn't have an expiration date. Liquid gabapentin is only good for 90 days in ideal refrigeration. The pharmacist put a 1YEAR expiration date on my dog's bottle. THANKFULLY
I was able to get CVS to fill the my dog's prescription, but it took 3 days because it was over a weekend. My dog had so much pain he couldn't eat and had several seizures that weekend. I called the pharmacy at Walgreens and explained what happened with the seizures, again, dismissive belligerent, basically he could give a flying fudge what happened to my dog, it wasn't Walgreens problem. My little guy is feeling wonderful and pain free/seizure free after he took the good medication from CVS. The pharmacist has a huge chip on his shoulder and has zero accountability to anyone. CVS has only bad things to say about this store. Avoid filling prescriptions here, read the comments, YIKES, barely 2.8 stars. There's your sign!!!

I went to pick up medication that my doctor requested, I spoke with 2 representatives and they told me that they did not have it, that my doctor had not sent my prescription, I spoke to my doctor 2 times and he told me that he had sent it, until I spoke with him pharmacy manager and he was able to find my prescription. Terrible service, very disappointed in their system and their terrible person who does not know how to search

This is the worse pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They lied about my prescription for 6 weeks. They told me it was my doctor and my insurance companies fault. I finally got in touch with my insurance company who said Walgreens have the authorization number for weeks. Dave a young man said he promised he have it in two days to me. Gave me his word. He ordered it but the wrong amount. The girl who was rude said she'd call the insurance company to see to get that amount authorized. She hung up on me called me back said frys had the prescription and it was already filled waiting she lied. So fry's will order it in for me. I've never had this problem with fry's and will never use Walmart again. Whom ever the pharmacy manger is. Is terrible at their job. Poor training and accountability.

Would NOT recommend this location for ANY pharmaceutical services!!!HERE IT IS Day #3 and the prescriptions called in by hospital STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED.They should have been ready before leaving hospital, since it is heart medication!!!!Worst stocked Pharmacy in my life.Hopefully, you don't die waiting for your medication to show up.

Read whole review....The only way to give a review was to give 1 star. Went to Dr, I'm sicker than a dog and went to Walgreens to get prescription filled, waited in line 40min just to be told to come back in 2hrs. Waited 2 1/2 hr went back and waited in drive-thru for 50 min just to be told to go inside and my prescription would be ready. Took another 15-20min. Don't know how many people that I infected.

Waiting in line at the pharmacy again I think I'm going to get my husband transferred over to Walmart like I did this is ridiculous long line in store extremely long line outside at the drive up window been in line 20 minutes already five cars ahead of me hasn't moved ridiculous.

Based on my experience here, the store seemed clean and organized. The cashier was friendly and provided good customer service. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.
