“I love this store, both in person and online you can get coupons and discounts. The quality of the fabrics surprises and makes it worth every penny. There is still a discount for military personnel. The store has clothes of all sizes, models and types. Every time I went it was always tidy and the staff was on the move. There are fitting rooms, plus size options, men's, women's, kids. The place has a bathroom. I was surprised by the service, all the staff were good-natured and very pleasant. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me at the register. I highly recommend it and I've already been back there again!”

“It is said that when you go to a place it is good to say hello or that they greet you and on this occasion it was like that. It is gratifying that out of courtesy they greet you I approached a person who I asked on different occasions things that I did not know and he was clear and helpful there was a lot to see and a lot to buy cheap things and things of a little more value, but personally I was pleased to be ready to leave. The cashier was pleasant, even though she has a great job, she was not indifferent and was kind. I had no problem with transportation and a good place”

“I rarely leave reviews, but I want to acknowledge the outstanding effort and service we received from Al's Tailor. My son was recently the best man in my brother's wedding and could not make it to Yuma until the wedding day. My wife and I picked up his tuxedo to speed up the process. We notice that Al's closed at 12pm and were concerned the tux may not fit right, as my son is an irregular size. The owner said, "no problem, here is my cell phone and I will come back if you need". My son tried on the tux, and the fit wasn't right. She had received incomplete measurements on the order, through no fault of her own. She was absolutely fantastic. We called her and she came right in and was pleasant about it, too. She tried multiple jackets and pants on my son until we found two that fit perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and went so far above her duty. We live in CA and won't likely be needing a tuxedo soon, but I want to express to those that will. This lady was exceptional and she will do everything she can to make things right. What more can you ask for?”

Walking into this location we were greeted by a young man and he helped us check iut when I purchased some cute hello kitty throw blankets and Halloween throw blankets as well. “I should have asked for names in order to give a proper shout out. Thank you Zumies in Yuma , AZ!!!!! I was in line to pay when I got an emergency call from my sister and had to leave immediately. I asked the young man behind the counter if he could keep the items and told him that I would hopefully be able to come back. After my emergency was handled I called Zumies and asked what time they had intended on closing..(6:00 pm. I got back to the store at 5:09 and the door were locked. I finally got someone's attention! Long story short is they let me back in, my stuff wasnt at the counter anymore but they remembered me and helped me find the things that I had picked out. ..I lost my mom December 14th and My Dad is barely hanging on. My Dad had fallen out of bed. My kids have been going through some pretty rough stuff this year and I'm glad I was able to brighten their day even for a minute. Thank you Zumiez!!!!”

“HSOY thrift store is an amazing place to shop, relax, and to find cool stuff.Antiques, clothes, shoes, house decor, you name it they got a little of everything!!The staff and dedicated volunteers are friendly and work hard organizing items.The store is clean, clutter free, well organized, and the prices are cheap.They have weekly 50% sales on different merchandise. Items are tested to make sure it is in working condition before they put it up for sale. Some of the clothes still have the original price tags!!!!It's nice to know that the money spent at this thrift store goes to our local animals.I'm always stopping by at least once or twice a week to check out there inventory.The Manager Isabel, Christina G. andChristina P. are so friendly and take pride in representing HSOY mission.The store is closed on Sundays & Mondays.Who is ready to shop!!!”
