Highly recommend a visit to the Yuma Art Center gallery (and the many interesting shops nearby). We’ve never been disappointed by the displays featuring works of the various talented artists featured in the Yuma Art Center gallery. The gallery itself is an attractive, well-lit modern space. It has become a ‘must see’ location whenever we visit. The gift shop located in the Art Center building has a unique assortment of ‘treasures.’ The Yuma Art Center is located at 254 South Main Street, Yuma, Arizona 85364.The City of Yuma has attracted (and developed) a talented community of artists who have created a variety of unique public art. The Yuma Division of Arts and Culture assists organizations and private property owners in coordinating public art projects. Some of these works have been done by well known individuals. Others, by talented local artists. The gallery provides a publication featuring information on, and the locations of these outdoor works.

We had no idea when we booked that our seats were going to be handicap seating. So I sat on a hard, horrid office chair for 2 hours with no break. Do not book in row G center. RIP off seats

First time and very impressed! Venue is a little dated with small seats. There's a 1" step up for each row and could easily see how some folks could get hurt. The Neil Diamond ? tribute concert was awesome! Must see!!!

If you are in the Yuma AZ area be sure to visit the Yuma Art Center. We were able to see works by George Strasburger. There were a large selection of artists to view.

...a nice little diversion. I'm like a day and half more than I should be in Yuma, getting some good walks in, and waiting to meet-up with Dan & Mary tomorrow. The hotel is near the downtown area that I've walked through at least 3 times. I stopped here once. Nice little museum (maybe gallery) with some interesting pieces. No real exhibit so to speak. I guess I was struck the most by the ceramic cactus - it's fun. Oh yea, the young woman at the counter was real friendly and helpful with advice on the area. What else... As you can see, I wasn't really affected by this place that much.

I saw the play here "drinking habits". Excellent plot and super hilarious. I had a great time. All the actors are gems. Definitely coming back for another play from them

The Pink Floyd tribute band shine on Floyd recently performed. About 300 of the 500 seat theater were filled with an audience enjoying most of the hits, including a light show and floating pig. The power went out at the last song and yet everyone enjoyed an all capella rendition of "Comfortably Numb." A memorable night!

I bought a ticket and went to The Art Center to see the Pink Floyd tribute show Shine on Floyd. The Art center though historical compact, fit the crowd of about 300 (seats about 500) into decent sized chairs. I didn't expect too much from the small theater as far as the light show but they made do. And The Pig Balloon was bounced around by the crowd instead of floating; pretty cool (the band said that was unexpected). Also unexpected was when the power went out during the last song - but that was turned into a joyous al cappella of the song Comfortably Numb! The concert was very good. An opening act by a local artist when the main act, with an intermission and 2 song encore. I got teary eyed during the emotional song "Great Gig in the Sky" from the backup singers heartfelt singing and thinking about recent deaths to include an older family pet. I regret nothing; I knew they would play it! The band's from AZ. And I'll be sure to go again the next time they're in town. Worth it.

Tribute of the muses!!!! So fancy worth every penny I had no expectations going in but they were greatly exceeded by far if I had any. It was definetly a classy dress up event. It was an amazing time I highly recommend it so many local talented people in one place from all different arts. The reception food/music was superb and delicious as well
