Penske Truck Rental
3647 Gila Ridge Rd, Yuma AZ 85365
“Would definitely suggest Penske for anyone looking for a moving truck. Compared to other companies...best prices, best customer service, and best roadside service (if needed).”
-
Enterprise Truck Rental
2811 S Avenue 2 1/2 E, Yuma AZ 85365
“Earnesto was top notch. Handled a number of potential issues in stride and managed to get everything resolved quickly. This place sets the bar for customer service. Casual and friendly interaction. Yet still professional high quality service. In a town not known for good customer service the team at enterprise truck rental sets the high mark. Was impressed and I'm not easily impressed. Good communication too.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
10574 South Fortuna Road, Yuma AZ 85367
“Local to the Foothills area but, unfortunately, NOT listed on the U-Haul site, so it gets bypassed a lot, but, shouldn't be. If you're in the Foothills area, it's close by and easy to get to right on Fortuna Rd across from Pizza Hut, with a large, easy to maneuver parking lot. Always a large selection of various trailers and trucks with friendly and knowledgeable help. They have had this location for 10 years.”

“Ever since my employer switched to RYDER equipment (instead of Penske). Me personally, is very happy. When there is a problem with the 2018 frightshaker, they (George) is prompt, knowledgeable at fixing the problem.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
4274 30th Pl, Yuma AZ 85365
“No problems, u-haul trailers are pretty good. The only thing i hate its the jack system, when is loaded basically you need to bring your own system to lift and connect to your vehicle”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
9251 South Frontage Road, Yuma AZ 85365
“Came here after a situation with my rental that happened with the location in the foothills. The lady there was absolutely rude and unhelpful. My husband came here and was helped by Michael P. and he reminded us that there’s still people who enjoy their jobs and know what customer service means. He went above and beyond to help us get upgraded and resolve the issue we were having. Thank you Michael for the great experience and kindness you showed.”

“Best experience, Cesar was deligent and professional. He took customer service to the next level for us. Moving across the county was scary but knowing we had the right moving company simply made it better. Thankyou! Highly recommend.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2187 West 8th Street, Yuma AZ 85364
“A good place to buy propane. The price is often the lowest available in town. If you are wanting to fill up the tank on a large rig, it might be difficult, but for portable tanks this is my go to for the best price.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Old Town Yuma
1402 South 3rd Avenue, Yuma AZ 85364
“I recently purchased 2 storage units from UHaul(didn’t even know they had storages) and I was impressed with the young man Zaee that helped me. He was informative, professional and a pleasure to do business with. It seems lately customer service is almost non-existent but not with this kid I hope you all realizes what a great employee. They have. Keep up the good work.”

Budget Truck Rental
3040 S Pacific Ave, Yuma AZ 85365
“I went to return my truck and it was a couple hours later than it was supposed to be. I had 5 children and 4 adults, one of such is 5 months pregnant, waiting for me, all of them hungry and tired. I had to wait for the only person that can check trucks in to return from his lunch. At first I was told it was going to be an additional 85 dollars plus an additional fee for the trailer I had returned earlier. However, Raul suggested I call where I rented the truck to see if I could get them to extend my contract, so I called, they proceed to tell me I'd have to call customer service, they told me to call back after I did my return and they might be able to refund 15 dollars. Well at this point I got a bit emotional as it had been a very long, expensive, difficult trip from Eugene, Oregon. Raul, waived the fees, I was and am extremely grateful for that. Thank you Raul.”
