The repair service is okay. However, the billing department since they merged with the Fruth Group is atrocious. It is overly aggressive and they are not able to do it remotely like every other place I have worked with. I will probably not return as a customer.

This is a great business to deal with. I have used their services many times over the years. They are always prompt to help you with office equipment. And their IT department is second to none!
