The prices are way too high. $2.49-$5.49 for puzzles? That's ridiculous. I bought some puzzles there and one had seven missing pieces and another had five missing pieces. I'll shop elsewhere. Everything is too expensive.

Ridiculous return policy. No dressing rooms and store credit only. So in order to find pants that fit, i have to buy a pair, take it home to see if it fits. If not, start the process all over again. Will never return. I went to the Burlington store next door and found a pair of jeans for even cheaper than Goodwill!

idiots working there think the place is a Burlington, DK-Oldies, Ebay when it comes to pricing. you get this stuff for free lol. worth the trip to the foothills if you want stuff priced using the real P.O.S system(Was manager in AK goodwill.. the kids here are making up their own prices)

They have a lot of stuff but I think the prices are way too expensive especially kitchenware. People donate this stuff to help the poor, poor people can't afford to shop here.

This store has some of the best stocked shelves with some great finds. I went shopping for housewares and storage and found everything I was looking for.

I give 2 stars for the good merchandise. Lots of it, and there is a reason: the merchandise is priced too high. One can barely move the hangers. Go cheaper, sell more, and do more for the ones in need.

Clothes is heavily worn & ugly. EXTREMELY over priced for their hand me downs & they switch their color tags on their 2$ days which I find dishonest. ??

They are a bit pricey for used goods. Some items are almost as costly as buying them new. Be aware, you must leave the stickers on the products if returning and you must have your receipt. THEY DON'T GIVE CASH REFUNDS! THEY ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDITS!!

This is how a thrift store should be. Huge selection, well sorted, friendly staff, no wait in lines, actual usable stuff not just the same recycled od junk that's been floating around for 59 years that no one wants. All that an ample parking and easy access.

As far as i know most of Goodwill's merchandises are freely donated so you would expect resell would be reasonable considering bills and staff that needs to be paid HOWEVER...when the original price of an item that has been donated costs $1.99 locally (US, see photos) and the original price was listed and sold at $6.49, ridiculous! Especially considering Walmart currently has shells twice the size and amount for just $3 more. What disgusted me the most is that they tried to hide the original price tag with permanent market. I noticed that and decided to fade the marker to reveal the original price. Ultimately for many items it's best to pay full price which comes with a guarantee. Evil isn't always blatant. At this point thrifting is only fun if you discover antique items. One star for having what i was looking for and another star for the friendly and helpful staff!

This is the best goodwill in the area. They have everything you need. I bought bins that were new for $2.49 per bin and used them for my walk in closet. It looks great. I get all my boots there at a reasonable cost. The store is clean and the people who work there are very helpful. I moved and I miss goodwill.

This store is ridiculous. The prices are way to high for a used store that gets FREE donations. This should be a place for other to get reasonable clothes and household items at a reasonable prices. If they find something, Hopefully it fits! Because ALL the fitting rooms are closed until further notice? so I will be donating my items somewhere else.
