My husband and I were there visiting our son who's currently stationed in Yuma. We looked for several hours at different cars, and went back to the Hyundai dealership. They had the best variety, and I also own a Hyundai Tuscon so I'm a fan of their cars already. Our sales associate was Michael Saldana, who was very patient with us and very friendly. The owner was also there and he was equally amazing. With my son being in the military, I've heard horror stories about these young kids buying cars, so I made the trip from California to Arizona to help him. The owner Abraham Razick is a Marine veteran, and he will make sure they get the best price, and will take care of these young Marine's. So I thank everyone who made this happen for my son, as a MoM i know his car will be taken care of. Adrian and Tina Oseguera PFC Delgado Heibel, Michael

Truly, the best group of people you will ever meet, that happen to be in the auto industry. Their stand out quality is the genuine care of and for everyone who steps through the door. I honestly feel I have gained extended family. My daughter was looking to purchase her very first brand new vehicle in August of 2015. We visited all the dealerships here in Yuma and found ourselves at the Hyundai dealership. After the initial hellos and what are you looking for(s), we started to get serious about making a purchase. My daughter ultimately bought an Elantra. The entire buying experience was actually pleasurable. The upfront, honest and caring attitude from every person we dealt with was, to say the least, refreshing. In the past I have had several experiences with purchasing vehicles that left me with a rather negative opinion of the car buying ordeal. Not so with my daughter's purchase. Thus began my extended relationship with Hyundai of Yuma. After comparing costs of scheduled maintenance and tire replacement elsewhere, I decided to give them a shot at taking care of my 2010 Flex. To say that they beat the competitors would be an understatement. Add to that the extra care they afforded me as a veteran, I am now a lifetime customer. Shortly after my Flex was expertly and thoroughly serviced, I purchased a truck. I took them the truck and had them perform a front to back inspection. Again, outstanding workmanship and unbeatable prices. I then decided to trade in my Flex and purchase another truck. I approached John Baladi about a possible trade in and purchase from the dealership. Although we didn't initially think there was anything in their inventory that would interest me, I was given an offer to purchase my Flex. Let me clarify here, even without the potential of making a purchase and profiting from me, John Baladi was willing to buy my vehicle to help me achieve my goal of a new truck, even if purchasing elsewhere. However, to everyone's surprise, in the back lot was the truck that would eventually be mine. After the typical frustration with my banks, and basically giving up on the purchase, John Baladi asked me for the chance to work his magic. With little hope I gave it to him. Best decision I've made in quite a while. He exceeded my expectations so much so that I cannot even find the words of appreciation that do him justice. My sincerest Thank You, appreciation, and gratitude to Abraham(the owner), for his genuine, honest and personal approach. To John Baladi, you are the man. With that simple statement I hope it is understood the magnitude of appreciation, and respect I feel. To my salesman, Dennis Patene, my thanks and appreciation as well. I felt a camaraderie from the initial hello that I still feel. To the service members, Richard, Chris, Troy, and Daniel, you guys are outstanding. I was kept informed at all times while my vehicle were in your care. To Jorge and Ignacio, whom I had the pleasure of dealing with but briefly, again Thank You for your professionalism and genuine care. To whomever has the chance to read this review...No matter the vehicle you own, bring it here for all your needs. For those debating on the Hyundai products, feel at ease, they are top notch. Additionally, the warranties and services included are phenomenal. My visit to the dealership feels more like spending time with friends and family than a business transaction.

We made our first stop at Fisher Hyundai and went no further. Craig Harris, nickname "Yuma Car Guy", was our rep and had us outa there in a beautiful Sonata in under 2 hours ! A fun, easy car buying experience from beginning to end, absolutely painless. Great deal, great service, great car. Two thumbs up

While their product did not match our needs, but I had a great test-drive experience with Sam Oliverio. Had I been shopping in a different segment, I would have been happy to buy from them.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent in January of 13'. Of course everybody was very friendly, the young guy, who's name i do not remember, seemed a little new to auto sales and things dragged on. In hind sight maybe it was just an act. We THOUGHT we were going in with pre-pricing, but it appears there is no such thing. We ended up paying about $1,500 more than we were expecting and staying about 3-4 hours longer than we wanted. They are relentlessly pushing you for a "good survey" which is apparently what dictates their bonus'. in the last few minutes as we were finalizing paperwork they tried to sneak in a couple of extra charges. i suppose this is just the way car salesmen operate so i shouldn't be surprised, and neither should you if you plan to use this dealership. On a separate note, the cast itself i am pretty happy with. And after about 8 or 9 months Hyundai corp. Sent me a letter out of the blue apologizing for the disparity in the mpg rating vs. mpg actual and i got a $93 per year gift card to compensate. So that's pretty cool.
